Hi, Chang! ฉันเป็นคนไทยค่ะ (มุกเรื่อง 40 บาท 🤣) I’m one of the two Kims, the one who came with my mom! 🤣❤️ Our Phi Phi Islands tour with the Jackie Chang Team was absolutely magical! I was too scared to go snorkeling on my own, but you kindly held my hand and helped me enjoy an experience I would have otherwise missed. Thanks to you, I had such an amazing time, and I’m so glad I got to experience it! I’m so happy that I got to visit such a beautiful place and leave with nothing but wonderful memories, all thanks to you! I wish the entire Jackie Chang Team all the happiness and good luck in the world. And Chang, I wish you even more happiness and good luck! 🍀❤️ Chang, you’re the best tour guide I’ve ever had! ❤️ I’ll miss you! Love you! 🥹❤️

this trip was completely amazing! the staff were super nice and friendly even the group of people were so respectful and nice. whenever, I want to book a trip I will always choose them as I believe it’s better than booking a tour from patong because the majority of tourists from patong are so carless not organized and disrespectful.

The tour guide was very attentive, the information provided was sufficient, we were lucky with the weather, the canoeing experience was amazing, and we were given plenty of time. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you very much to the staff. It was definitely a wonderful experience. 🙏😌

Sawanu travel was the local operator and it was amazing. Everybody was really really mindful and thoughtful and the quality of the entire trip was really commendable. will recommend this to everyone!! they have something for everyone - couples, solo, family

It was very well organised activity. Our guides Peter n Michael were very good n helpful. Special shout out to Captain for getting us back safely through the high seas. Will definitely recommend others and also will like to come again

Boat condition: Clean and tidy. They provided drinks at every scenic spot, and even watermelon at the end. Scenery from the boat: Mostly ocean and rock formations. Tour guides: Very energetic. I remember there were two guides, the female one was called Sexy (she said our group was the 'Sexy Family'), and the male one was O. It happened to be raining that day, and O was super hyper, dancing on Bamboo Island. O was also very dedicated to helping us take photos. Safety: Snorkeling included life vests, so it wasn't dangerous. Itinerary: During snorkeling, the guide wore flippers and pulled a large floating board. We held onto the board and put our heads down to look at the fish. There was only one snorkeling session, but it was enough. There weren't a huge number of fish, but there were some, along with many sea urchins and even clownfish. I didn't see the clownfish myself, but the guide took my phone underwater and photographed them for me to see. They were very cute swimming around the coral. Additionally, there was one part of the itinerary where some people paid the guide extra to go up onto a wooden boat for photos. We didn't pay extra, so we just jumped into the sea to swim (wearing life vests).

We had a fabulous day on Ms Red catamaran, visiting 2 islands for swimming, snorkelling and sightseeing. There were free snorkels & towels supplied as well as kayaks & paddle boards. The boat was spacious & comfortable and the food was delicious. The crew were exceptional, especially George who was like a personal guide for my husband and I for the entire day. The other guests were all Chinese and they were so friendly, some spoke really good English so we could chat with them. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable day and I highly recommend this trip to other guests.
