the driver is very good. he very particular about the time. because in the morning, we need to take turn for the toilet 😂. Then he seems fierce but he actually concern on our time to spend for the whole trip. At the blue moon valley, we need to purchase the ticket there, he guided us to the counter explained to us on how the route and check point for electric car because he was not joining us. Then again, he remind us about the time because we need to go to cable car for Yulong Mountain by 11am. We actually got so caught up with the beautiful scenery and almost past our time. There are too many beautiful spot that for photographs but we have time constraints. Fortunately, our driver checked on us and guide us via WeChat where to go and we arrive at cable car by 11.30am. There, he guided us to the check in gate. During our time at Yulong mountain, the mist is thick and it is so cloudy that we cannot see the mountain peak. And lesson learnt here, please make sure you eat before going up.

We were extremely satisfied with our private customized trip to Yunnan; it was a choice we absolutely don't regret! First and foremost, the entire itinerary planning and communication process went very smoothly. The team is highly professional. They didn't just arrange things according to our requests; they also proactively offered suggestions and planned based on our ideas, preferences, and expectations. If you already know where you want to go and what you want to experience, it's even better to tell them in advance. They truly go out of their way to make sure your itinerary perfectly matches your expectations. Throughout the entire process, they were very respectful of our ideas and never forced us to go anywhere or do anything specific. Instead, they offered professional advice and allowed us to make our own choices. Communication via WeChat was also very convenient, with quick response times. Any issues we had during the trip were promptly addressed, which gave us great peace of mind. If you're considering a trip to Yunnan, I highly recommend booking their private customized tour! You won't have to worry about transportation, routes, hotel connections, or daily planning. You just need to get in the car and enjoy the journey. It's truly perfect for anyone who wants to travel easily while still having a high-quality itinerary. Additionally, I must give special praise to every driver we encountered on this trip! Each driver was incredibly friendly, professional, and very willing to share local culture, interesting stories, and the scenery along the way. This made the entire journey more meaningful and heartwarming than just 'checking off tourist spots.' Most importantly, every driver was extremely punctual; they never made us wait, and they were always happy to help along the way. We are truly grateful to them.

Everything was well organized and on time. We visited Dianchi Lake first, then had lunch, and ended the day at the Stone Forest. I joined this tour with my elderly mother, who uses a cane and had always wanted to visit the Stone Forest. We only had one full day in Kunming, so this tour was perfect for us. Our guide Luosang was kind, patient, and waited for us while my mom walked slowly, especially in the rain. Even though we don't speak Chinese, everything went smoothly. Thank you for helping fulfill my mom's wish. We had a wonderful and memorable day!

The whole day was a delight with the assigned driver. We went during 火把节. Everywhere is crowded with vehicles. Despite that, the driver and us managed to br flexible and complete the day tour happily!
