Σε περίπτωση προβλημάτων, ο ξεναγός και ο οδηγός της ομάδας της Klook απαντούσαν άμεσα και μοιράζονταν πληροφορίες. 3) Διαχείριση χρόνου: Υπήρχε άφθονος χρόνος για την επίσκεψη στα αξιοθέατα και το μεσημεριανό γεύμα, ενώ η διαχείριση του χρόνου για το λεωφορείο, το τελεφερίκ και κάθε σημείο των αξιοθέατων ήταν σαφής. 4) Υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης: Παρέχονταν νερό, φιάλες οξυγόνου και ζεστά ρούχα, χωρίς να υπάρχει καμία ανησυχία. 5) Το προσωπικό της ομάδας της Klook ήταν εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό, και οργάνωσε επιμελώς τις λεπτομέρειες της εκδρομής.

The driver was very kind and helpful. She gave great descriptions of where to go, despite the language barrier for myself and others in the group. Communication was clear via wechat which meant we were on time to see all attractions on the itinerary. She provided warm jackets so we were comfortable exploring in the mountains. Really enjoyed this tour and would recommend for anyone who wants to see Yulong Mountain!

Everything was well organized and on time. We visited Dianchi Lake first, then had lunch, and ended the day at the Stone Forest. I joined this tour with my elderly mother, who uses a cane and had always wanted to visit the Stone Forest. We only had one full day in Kunming, so this tour was perfect for us. Our guide Luosang was kind, patient, and waited for us while my mom walked slowly, especially in the rain. Even though we don't speak Chinese, everything went smoothly. Thank you for helping fulfill my mom's wish. We had a wonderful and memorable day!

Guide 茶金 was very friendly. We gave a list of places we wanted to go to, and he arranged it accordingly. He gave us our own time to explore places, and did not rush us. He even gave us some good suggestions on where to go for eg coffee at wenbi village, and brought us to a lunch place along the way (which was very yummy) as we had no idea where to go. He took us to some photo shots along the way, and shared his knowledge of Yunnan with us. It was an enjoyable trip!

Had a really smooth and well-coordinated trip 👏 Highly Recommended! From the start, 小舟 managed everything efficiently—clear itinerary details and even arranged hotel pickup for a small additional fee (60元), which made things more convenient. The day before the trip, the driver/guide 携手 followed up with very clear instructions. Pickup was punctual at 5:35am. We were especially impressed that the team secured early tickets to ascend Yulong Snow Mountain by 7:30am (up to 4,506m). We descended by 8:30am—the higher climb to 4,680m was closed due to heavy snow the day before, making conditions slippery and unsafe. Next stop was Blue Moon Valley—transfer was seamless, we arrived around 9:20am, spending about an hour. After that, lunch was provided (simple pork hotpot with rice and vegetables). It was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. We then headed to the Impression Lijiang at 1:30pm, which wrapped up the experience nicely before returning to the hotel around 3:30pm.

We planned about 30% of our Yunnan trip on our own and booked this tour for the rest of our journey from Dali to Lijiang and Shangri-La. Our tour advisor, Sally, was incredibly patient, and responsive. She answered all of our questions before the trip, and two days before departure we were added to a WeChat group with Sally and our driver, which made communication very easy throughout the trip. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. He Guo Zheng, who truly made our journey even more enjoyable. He was always punctual and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. The scenery throughout the trip was absolutely breathtaking. Every destination had something unique to offer, from majestic mountains and peaceful lakes to charming old towns.

Our driver made our Yunnan trip absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly accommodating throughout the journey, always patient and attentive to our needs. Beyond just driving, he gave us fantastic recommendations for places to visit that weren't in any guidebook including introducing the historical context. He also went the extra mile by checking weather conditions daily with his fellow drivers, and based on that, he proactively advised itinerary changes to make sure we caught the best scenic views at the right time.. He was also very proactive about advising us on how to prepare for the 4000m high altitude, which really helped us acclimatize comfortably. The biggest highlight was his flexibility—when he realized our train departure on the last day was much earlier, he reworked our itinerary on the spot so we could still enjoy a full morning without any stress. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!"

Yunnan's very own "Disneyland"! At Colorful Yunnan Happy World, I found the dream and pride of my hometown! As a Yunnan native who has visited numerous theme parks both domestically and internationally, this experience right in my backyard completely amazed me—it's not just an amusement park, but an immersive feast with Yunnan culture at its heart! If you come to Yunnan, be sure to dedicate a whole day to it!

The seating arrangement in the VIP area was excellent, and we were provided with sun hats and bottled water before being seated. The performance, designed by Zhang Yimou, featured performers in ethnic minority costumes, creating a beautiful spectacle. The only downside is that it's weather-dependent; as an open-air theater, a heavy rain would detract from the experience.
