#【Terms and Rules】

• Students need to bring their own aprons and stationery for copying notes. If you don’t have an apron, you can purchase a disposable apron from 28 Art Bake (10 yuan)
• Classrooms will open 5 minutes before class, students are asked to attend on time.
• If students are late for 15 minutes, their qualifications to attend class will be cancelled, and tuition fees will not be refunded.
• Students should take care of all facilities and equipment in the classroom. If there is any damage, they must pay for it according to the price.
• Students are advised not to leave the classroom during class to avoid missing class details.
• Tuition fees paid are per person. Please do not bring relatives or friends to class.
• No audio, photography or video recording is allowed except for finished products.
• Arrangements regarding typhoons

a. Typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted within two hours before the course starts, or the typhoon signal No. 8 may be hoisted two hours later, and the course will be cancelled.

If a course is canceled due to typhoon or black rain, the paid tuition fee can be used to register for other courses and no refund will be given.

b. Courses that will start two hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 is removed will continue as usual.

For example: If the No. 8 typhoon signal is removed before 5:30 pm, classes starting at 7:30 pm will continue as usual.

c. If the No. 8 typhoon signal is hoisted during the course, if the course in progress can be completed within half an hour, there will be no make-up class.

• Arrangements regarding Black Rainstorm Warning (Black Rain)

a. If black rain occurs within two hours before the class starts, the class will be cancelled.

b. When the black rain comes out, the courses in progress will continue as usual.

c. Black Rain cancels classes that started two hours later and continues as usual.

d. Example: Except for the black rain signal before 5:30 pm, classes starting at 7:30 pm will continue as usual.

• If courses are canceled due to typhoons and black rain, the tuition fee paid can be used to register for other courses and no refund will be given.
• In case of typhoon signal No. 3 or red rain, all courses will continue as usual
• After the degree is confirmed, students can apply for a free class transfer without making a second arrangement.
• Class transfer procedures must be completed by whatapp to 63173823 at least 4 days before the class starts, otherwise it will not be accepted. (Example: The class start date is June 20, and the deadline to apply for transfer is June 16)
• If the student is unable to attend, someone else can attend on his behalf * Prior notice via whatapp is required
