The room is clean and amenities is good. Location is right next to KSL and lots of food options. There’s still teething issues which would need to be resolved. Examples like checking in without giving me the card for power in the room. Trying to figure out what was wrong in a stuffy room and service took 30mins to come. There’s also power outage in the lobby which rendered the lift inoperative. Generally it’s what you’d expect from Novotel except for the issues for a new hotel.

If drive to this hotel better ask the security where is the hotel parking. To me their sign board a bit confusing never found a signboard show hotel parking.

The staffs are very friendly

I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries.

Hotel is clean, staffs are polite and alway smiling. Hotel room is clean but the only downside is toilet flush is faulty, after flushing, the water will flow for 2 minutes that very noisy during night time. Tv remote volume button is not working. Hotel buffet breakfast is nomral but staffs are nice. Overall, the expernice is good and i will come back again.

The first room we got had stains on the sheets. Sewage water also started leaking from the toilet and started to smell. Tried to call housekeeping and the concierge but the room telephone wasn’t working; I had to go down to the front counter to request for a room change. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the request. The second room still had flaws, but much better. As the hotel is new and still in the “soft launch” phase, benefit of doubt is given and hope they will improve when they officially launch!
