I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it.

Insufficient shampoo and shower gel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit run down and need to do a better job of cleaning the floors and replace the old towels

Bathtub- after using it for shower, the floor will have puddles of water. So slippery that I almost fell down , the shower curtain don’t seem to work to prevent the floor wet. The toilet bowl is very hard to flush

Firstly, the hot tub was not usable as the stopper was faulty, making it impossible to fill the tub. Secondly, room service closed before 10:00 PM, and we were charged simply for having a bucket of ice delivered, which was unexpected and unreasonable. Lastly, the check-out experience was unpleasant. The staff (a lady at the counter) was rude and reprimanded us for being 15 minutes late past the 1:00 PM check-out time, warning that we would be charged a half-day rate if it happened again. Feedback noted on our end as well, this will be our first and last stay at this hotel.

Maybe can put a good customer service at front desk.. Breakfast not as expected not worth..
