Good location near Pelangi Plaza. Though crossing the road by foot needs to be careful of traffic as there are limited crossing road options. Hotel room is clean and good size.

Convenient location, and it’s good value accommodation. Rooms are spacious, it comes with drinking water machine in the room. Some of the supervisory staff seemed slightly rude though, both my friend and I felt that the junior staff there were warmer.

The staff at the reception counter was friendly, room was big, spacious and generally clean. The Borneo Oasis located in the building had v good massage and head spa treatments too! The downsides were that: 1) there was a cockroach in the room, 2) the pillows were a little too soft, 3) the bathroom lights were a little dim and 4) the hot water dispenser didn’t seem to be working despite following the instructions pasted.

Sub medie
For $250 SGD per night, I expected a much better experience. The hotel feels poorly maintained — the AC didn’t cool even when set to 16°C, the DND/cleaning button didn’t work, and the bathroom had visible chips and wear. The floor also wasn’t properly cleaned, which made the room uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.

There are black mound growing on the roller blinds in the toilet...the veggie placed on the salad counter during breakfast were already rotting but no one bother to remove them and there is not much food left qhen we reached the area ard 8.30am on Sat morning.

My experience at Trove was a pleasant one. The main touchpoints were done well. Could be better if there was a little background music in the lobby. No complaints and enjoyed my stay there! Beautiful view of JB and the sunrise from the room. We were given adjoining rooms when we requested too. Thank you. 🙂
