Hotel breakfast was really crowded so will be good to go during non peak hours. Hotel was great and stay was comfortable. However it was my husband’s birthday, the staff initially promised some decoration in the room and a complimentary cake as a surprise but it was not delivered.

Excellent room, great breakfast variety and attentive staff

Stayed at the hotel for a one night getaway from Singapore. Enjoyed the convience of my refreshing stay as the SKS mall is linked to it. The room was clean , bed comfy and the breakfast had a good variety of local and continental foods. The staff are kind and polite to greet you each time at the lobby, hallways and pickup areas. Highly recommend for short stays with families or friends.

Best part was the exceptional service. Especially Tara at the breakfast restaurant (her big bright smile and efficiency) and Giresh at the bar (he went out of his way to cater to our requests)

Staff were friendly. Building itself and decor are gorgeous. Rooms clean and well appointed. Concierge service in disarray. Asked for something special for my wife as it was her birthday. Concierge finally got back to me 3 days after my original outreach. Said they would put a small decoration and a piece of cake in the room prior to our arrival, which I thought was great. Nothing in the room upon arrival. I emailed the concierge team about my disappointment and got no response back from them at all. Checked out the next day and left and nobody from the hotel said a word about it. They were all friendly so I can only assume it was the managements attention to process detail and discipline lacking. Would have expected a little better from the Sheraton brand.

Nicole from Front office was very helpful and kind. When I was booking the room, the hotel showed bathtubs. However only certain rooms with higher pricing had the bathtub attached. I didn’t know that until we went in the room late evening as we were out shopping one whole day. No bathtub in the room. We wanted to soak our feet and body. When we went down to reception, we met Nicole and I told her I thought the room had bathtub. She explained that only certain rooms. She was very kind to check if there were rooms available with a bathtub. She came back after checking and allowed us to change rooms without any extra charge that has a bathtub attached. So kind of her and it certainly made our night an even more memorable. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Johor Bahru.

The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was well-stocked with tea and coffee, and the bathroom was impressively spacious. The bed was sturdy, firm, and comfortably sized, ensuring a good night's rest. One improvement I would suggest is having a longer sofa that could double as a sofa bed for families travelling with teenage children. Additionally, the window was quite dusty and had some stains, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. That said, the view from the room was lovely and made up for it. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service.

Best hotel to stay when in JB. Spacious and clean room with a wide spread of buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
