The location is convenient, near the Woodland border and close to local shopping malls. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, and the lack of variety became noticeable if staying more than two nights. The lift lobby of 33A, where the restaurant is located, was greasy and slippery, which made the experience less pleasant. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment — overall cleanliness was acceptable, though the towels were quite old. One of the rooms had water leaking from the window, leaving the floor and window side wet. This issue should definitely be fixed before handing the room to tenants. The swimming pool’s changing room had a strong unpleasant odour, which was disappointing. Laundry facilities were outdated: the washing machine leaked water, and the dryer struggled to perform, leaving clothes only about 60% dry even with a half load on medium setting. On a positive note, the staff were helpful and attentive, which made certain aspects of the stay more comfortable.

Almost clean except tat the floor was abit sticky. Could be not mop for awhile. Other than tat overall pretty clean.

The room was clean, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. A lot of shops and restaurants near by. Strongly recommended to stay here. You will not regret.

The room was clean. The staffs and even the security staffs were very courteous and helpful. The apartment was close to the shopping mall just across the road. I will be coming back again for staycation.

Certainly spacious and well located. Lobby is probably the nicest part. Didn’t try the cafe. The place is showing its age - from the rusted aircon units, to the inefficiency of them, to the peeling paint and patchy woodwork, to the thread bare towels and holes in the bathmat. Fine for one night but most likely won’t be back.

Overall good experience

Disappointinb. This is my 2nd time stay and paid high price since it was holiday. Was good the first time so decide to bring my family to stay but was very very disappointed. The rooms are dirty. There were ants in kitchen. The other room aircon give out very smelly air and I got to switch off to sleep. Toilets are dirty and the dispenser are broken.

Location was excellent. Bed, pillows are comfortable. Toilets and shower working well. Staffs are polite and helpful. Would be nice if there is an option to include or exclude breakfast.
