Lucruri de făcut în Sun Moon Lake

O experiență grozavă. Faceți drumeții sau mergeți cu bicicleta la templu (prima oprire) dacă puteți. Priveliștea de acolo este fantastică. Există multe standuri cu mâncare în Ita-Thao. Telecabina este fantastică, iar călătoria dus-întors durează aproximativ 20 de minute. Ferestrele sunt deschise, așa că puteți simți cu siguranță aerul proaspăt.

Had an amazing time on the Sun Moon Lake tour! ❤️ The scenery was beautiful, everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to our amazing tour guide, Vivian, who was so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the day. She made the tour even more enjoyable! Am petrecut un timp minunat fără să mă gândesc prea mult. Acest tur mi-a făcut călătoria mult mai convenabilă. Am împărțit o masă chinezească cu străini. Ghidul turistic, Dunken, este de asemenea amuzant și foarte atent. În general, este o experiență grozavă în Taichung.

It was a great trip with our guide A Jun. He was very enthusiastic in engaging with us and took great photos of everyone. We had fun and interesting conversations along the road so it was never boring. We went to Sun Moon Lake to ride the boat and landed on the little island with the famous tea egg and temple on top. Then to Ita Thao Shopping Street to have lunch and some shopping. Next we went to the farm for sheeps and equestrian show. Do note that sheep show is only available on holidays. Overall, it was a satisfying trip.

Highly recommended for Koreans!!!!!! The Korean-language tour wasn't available on the date I wanted, so I ended up choosing this tour instead, and it was such a great choice!!! First of all, it was so nice that they picked us up directly from our hotel instead of having us gather at a meeting point haha. The tour was held privately with just 6 people in total—me, my mom (2 people), and a Chinese family of 4. The car was super spacious and air-conditioned, which was great! The driver couldn't speak Korean, but he explained everything well using a translator and some English haha. What truly touched me was that I had lost my wallet at the night market the day before T.T. When the driver heard about that, he said that after the tour ended, he would go with me to the night market to ask the vendors, kept calling the police station in between to check if any lost items had been turned in, and even offered to go with me to the police station to help file a report after the tour. We didn't end up going because we figured we wouldn't find it even if we went to the night market T.T., but he kept trying to help us, which really touched both me and my mom haha. Also, the Chinese family traveling with us translated between the driver and us in English and even bought us drinks lol. They were worried about my lost wallet together with us! Anyway, I had a total mental breakdown the day before after losing my wallet, all my exchanged cash, and several cards, but during the tour, my mind actually eased up, and I met good people and had a wonderful tour!!! I didn't know ferry tickets were included, but they were! The price is also reasonable, so Korean folks planning to visit Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands, please use this tour!!!!! The itinerary proceeded as follows: a huge temple at Sun Moon Lake ➡️ Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center? (cool and good for a short rest) ➡️ Sun Moon Lake ferry (basic 3-stop course) ➡️ pineapple cake shop (no purchase required, has a restroom) ➡️ Gaomei Wetlands, and they dropped us off right in front of our hotel at the end haha. Oh, and you can use WhatsApp for communication before the tour~~

Excursia noastră la Lacul Sun Moon a fost o experiență atât de frumoasă și memorabilă! Ghidul nostru, domnul Lin, a făcut-o și mai memorabilă. Este foarte prietenos, bine informat și foarte răbdător. Totul a fost bine organizat, iar el s-a asigurat că ne simțim confortabil și că ne bucurăm de fiecare parte a călătoriei. Am vizitat liniștitul Templu Wenwu, ne-am bucurat de priveliștile uimitoare ale lacului și am făcut o plimbare relaxantă cu barca pe apă. Punctul culminant a fost plimbarea cu telecabina, de unde am avut o vedere panoramică uimitoare a munților și a lacului de sus. De la peisajele uluitoare și siturile culturale, până la plimbarea relaxantă cu barca și experiența palpitantă cu telecabina, Lacul Sun Moon este cu siguranță un loc care merită vizitat. Un amestec perfect de natură, cultură și aventură! Recomand cu căldură acest tur tuturor.

It was unfortunate that the transfer we booked separately did not drop us where the bike rental is located but it's okay as we still enjoyed the Sun Moon Lake and was able to walk around. Good thing that the ropeway was just a 10-minute walk so we were able to ride it immediately. We're lucky that it was a weekday so there's not much tourists so we got the gondola by ourselves only. The claiming of ropeway was easy, we just went to 3rd floor and showed the qr code and they stamped our hands with glow in the dark stamp for Formosan and we're already set. It was a good 5-10min ropeway ride. At the end of the ropeway from SML, there's few food stalls. Upon entering Formosan, just scan the stamp in your hand and you can ride the gondola again going to the theme park. It was a weekday so we had the place to ourselves and there were no queues. It was unfortunate that it rained the whole day but we still got to ride some of the rides there.

Ușurința de a localiza punctul de întâlnire și, deși nu este oferit un ghid turistic în această excursie de o zi, este foarte bine organizată. Turul la Lacul Soarelui și Lunii este plăcut, cu multe opțiuni culinare. Dar pentru cei care ar dori să exploreze insula cu telecabina, feribotul sau autobuzul, acest tur de jumătate de zi ar putea să nu fie suficient. Cealaltă jumătate de zi este dedicată vizitării unei fabrici de ciocolată, unei opriri pentru gogoși la o cafenea și unei vizite la Paper Dome.
