Am avut o experiență minunată cu șoferul nostru în timpul turului nostru de o jumătate de zi în orașul KK. Șoferul, domnul Mok, a fost extrem de prietenos, serviabil și atent pe tot parcursul călătoriei. A depus mult efort pentru a ne recomanda atracții potrivite și s-a asigurat că ne putem bucura de călătorie fără să ne simțim grăbiți. A fost, de asemenea, foarte răbdător și grijuliu, întotdeauna dispus să ne ajute să facem fotografii și chiar a sugerat locuri și unghiuri bune pentru fotografii. Ceea ce am apreciat cel mai mult a fost serviciul său excelent și grija autentică. Nu a fost doar un șofer, ci a făcut ca întreaga călătorie să fie mai plăcută și mai confortabilă prin recomandările și asistența sa utilă. The half-day itinerary was packed, and our guide, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic! He spoke Malay, English, and Chinese... I bet he could handle Cantonese and Hokkien too! He was incredibly patient and meticulous with his explanations and arrangements throughout the trip. Even the two little ones in our group loved chatting with him. We found the proboscis monkeys, saw the sunset, but the grand finale was truly the highlight: a sky full of stars and trees full of fireflies. One star twinkled in the sky, and a firefly rested in my hand – it was the most beautiful and serene experience imaginable (the camera couldn't capture even a fraction of it). Thank you, Daniel, and thank you, Kawa, for a wonderful journey and a delightful encounter.

Enjoy a safe and fun stand-up paddleboarding experience at Tanjung Aru Beach, home to one of the world's most famous sunsets! We highly recommend stand-up paddleboarding in Sabah! First, a big shout-out to our coach! The coach was very responsible, dedicated, and humorous in their teaching. They provided careful guidance throughout the process and paid attention to everyone's safety, making our first stand-up paddleboarding experience completely stress-free and incredibly fun! After placing our order, the travel agency promptly contacted us to confirm the itinerary. The staff were friendly and patient, and the pick-up was very punctual. The entire process made us feel very reassured. The biggest fear when traveling is not being able to reach someone after booking an itinerary or uncertainty about pick-up, but this time, we had none of those issues. From booking and communication to pick-up and the on-site experience, everything was very reassuring. Stand-up paddleboarding is truly a blast!

Manukan Island wasn't bad, but I highly recommend Mamutik Island. I took two tours and visited Gaya, Sapi, Mamutik, and Manukan Islands, and Mamutik Island was the best of the four. It wasn't just because the weather was great that day; the coral reefs on that island were so well-formed that I saw more fish there than on all three other islands combined. I wish the water had been a bit clearer on the day I went, but it was still truly beautiful and wonderful. The guide was also very kind and excellent. I highly recommend it!

Nu am putut găsi cabina telefonică roșie, punctul de întâlnire, așa că am vizitat ghișeul de informații de la Jesselton Ferry Port. Deși depășisem ora de întâlnire, persoana de la informații a sunat compania de turism și am reușit să mă întâlnesc cu ghidul. Mai erau alte trei grupuri care se rătăciseră și am mers împreună spre insulă. A fost prima mea experiență de snorkeling, dar mi-au dat o vestă de salvare și labe de înot, așa că am putut înota cu ușurință. În timp ce înotam, ghidul a făcut fotografii și videoclipuri cu un GoPro! Îmi place foarte mult videoclipul în care am fost filmată alături de casa peștilor clovn! Fotografiile făcute ne-au fost trimise pe WhatsApp după tur. Am obosit destul de mult după înot, așa că a fost bine că am avut apoi aproximativ două ore de relaxare. Cred că ar fi fost mai bine să iau un medicament pentru răul de mare, deoarece barca m-a amețit destul de tare.

Itinerary: The length was just right. Safety: Very safe. Scenery: Diverse, and we even saw the Rafflesia flower, enjoyed fish spa by the lake, and tasted wild boar meat. It was very interesting and unforgettable. Facilities provided: ATV and skydiving safety measures were excellent, making it very fun and exciting. A fulfilling day with a packed schedule. Tour Guide: Xiao Mei was professional, attentive, and patient, following up throughout the trip and being very thoughtful. Lunch: Freshly cooked and delicious, with cold drinks and fresh fruit. Very good. The day before departure, all important information was sent via WhatsApp, which was very thoughtful. It was a great travel experience. The one-day Mount Kinabalu tour includes a variety of activities and is a must-do for anyone visiting Sabah. Highly recommended.

In a group of about 20-30 people, only two of us were Japanese. Most of the participants were Chinese, and the tour was primarily conducted in Chinese. However, our guide made sure to explain things to us in English whenever necessary and constantly looked out for us. The high-speed cruise ship took a little over an hour to reach the island. It was incredibly fast and quite bumpy! 😂 But because the ship was so fast, we didn't even have time to get seasick, which was a plus, haha. The guides played music on board, making the travel time enjoyable. The island facilities were new and clean. Toilets, shower rooms, and even hair dryers were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Before snorkeling, there was a safety briefing. For the two of us, a staff member provided a one-on-one explanation, showing us translated safety precautions in Japanese. They also checked repeatedly to ensure we understood everything, and we felt that safety was very well-considered. For snorkeling, the boat took us to two different spots. The ocean was truly beautiful and amazing! 🐠 The guides constantly checked on us, ensuring our safety while also making sure we had a great time. After returning to the island, a luxurious meal of crab, shrimp, and other dishes was prepared, and drinks were available freely 🦀🦐. Afterward, we had free time. We relaxed under a parasol on the beach. When it was time, we boarded the super-fast cruise ship again for the return journey. Since it was an early morning tour, we were quite tired by the time we headed back, but it was a fulfilling day nonetheless. My only regret is that I forgot to give a tip to our kind guide when we left. They were so helpful until the very end. Since about 90% of the participants are Chinese, Japanese participants might feel a little uneasy at first if they join alone. However, there were many guides and staff members who paid very close attention to us Japanese participants, so in the end, we had a wonderful time without any worries. The ocean was beautiful, snorkeling was fun, and the food was luxurious. Above all, the warm support from all the staff left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who might be hesitant because of the small number of Japanese participants! 🌴🐠✨
