Fantastic Kota Kinabalu City Tour! The tour company contacted us clearly via WhatsApp in advance, so everything was easy and stress-free. Our guide, Ms. Yee, was incredibly friendly and cheerful! Although our English is not perfect, she used a translation app, gestures, and lots of smiles to communicate with us. My wife and I had such a fun time thanks to her! Our driver, Mr. Max, was also very professional, with safe and smooth driving throughout the tour. The tour is short but covers the major landmarks of Kota Kinabalu efficiently. A perfect introduction to the city and highly recommended for first-time visitors! Thank you, Ms. Yee and Mr. Max! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enjoy a safe and fun stand-up paddleboarding experience at Tanjung Aru Beach, home to one of the world's most famous sunsets! We highly recommend stand-up paddleboarding in Sabah! First, a big shout-out to our coach! The coach was very responsible, dedicated, and humorous in their teaching. They provided careful guidance throughout the process and paid attention to everyone's safety, making our first stand-up paddleboarding experience completely stress-free and incredibly fun! After placing our order, the travel agency promptly contacted us to confirm the itinerary. The staff were friendly and patient, and the pick-up was very punctual. The entire process made us feel very reassured. The biggest fear when traveling is not being able to reach someone after booking an itinerary or uncertainty about pick-up, but this time, we had none of those issues. From booking and communication to pick-up and the on-site experience, everything was very reassuring. Stand-up paddleboarding is truly a blast!

In a group of about 20-30 people, only two of us were Japanese. Most of the participants were Chinese, and the tour was primarily conducted in Chinese. However, our guide made sure to explain things to us in English whenever necessary and constantly looked out for us. The high-speed cruise ship took a little over an hour to reach the island. It was incredibly fast and quite bumpy! 😂 But because the ship was so fast, we didn't even have time to get seasick, which was a plus, haha. The guides played music on board, making the travel time enjoyable. The island facilities were new and clean. Toilets, shower rooms, and even hair dryers were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Before snorkeling, there was a safety briefing. For the two of us, a staff member provided a one-on-one explanation, showing us translated safety precautions in Japanese. They also checked repeatedly to ensure we understood everything, and we felt that safety was very well-considered. For snorkeling, the boat took us to two different spots. The ocean was truly beautiful and amazing! 🐠 The guides constantly checked on us, ensuring our safety while also making sure we had a great time. After returning to the island, a luxurious meal of crab, shrimp, and other dishes was prepared, and drinks were available freely 🦀🦐. Afterward, we had free time. We relaxed under a parasol on the beach. When it was time, we boarded the super-fast cruise ship again for the return journey. Since it was an early morning tour, we were quite tired by the time we headed back, but it was a fulfilling day nonetheless. My only regret is that I forgot to give a tip to our kind guide when we left. They were so helpful until the very end. Since about 90% of the participants are Chinese, Japanese participants might feel a little uneasy at first if they join alone. However, there were many guides and staff members who paid very close attention to us Japanese participants, so in the end, we had a wonderful time without any worries. The ocean was beautiful, snorkeling was fun, and the food was luxurious. Above all, the warm support from all the staff left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who might be hesitant because of the small number of Japanese participants! 🌴🐠✨

The female masseuse who provided my 2-hour hot stone massage on October 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM, truly offered excellent service. I felt incredibly comfortable after the massage. Highly recommended!

Nu am putut găsi cabina telefonică roșie, punctul de întâlnire, așa că am vizitat ghișeul de informații de la Jesselton Ferry Port. Deși depășisem ora de întâlnire, persoana de la informații a sunat compania de turism și am reușit să mă întâlnesc cu ghidul. Mai erau alte trei grupuri care se rătăciseră și am mers împreună spre insulă. A fost prima mea experiență de snorkeling, dar mi-au dat o vestă de salvare și labe de înot, așa că am putut înota cu ușurință. În timp ce înotam, ghidul a făcut fotografii și videoclipuri cu un GoPro! Îmi place foarte mult videoclipul în care am fost filmată alături de casa peștilor clovn! Fotografiile făcute ne-au fost trimise pe WhatsApp după tur. Am obosit destul de mult după înot, așa că a fost bine că am avut apoi aproximativ două ore de relaxare. Cred că ar fi fost mai bine să iau un medicament pentru răul de mare, deoarece barca m-a amețit destul de tare.
