Vi hadde en fantastisk opplevelse med sjåføren vår under vår halvdags bytur i KK. Sjåfør Mr. Mok var ekstremt vennlig, hjelpsom og oppmerksom gjennom hele reisen. Han la ned mye arbeid i å anbefale passende attraksjoner og sørget for at vi kunne nyte turen uten å føle oss stresset. Han var også veldig tålmodig og hensynsfull, alltid villig til å hjelpe oss med å ta bilder og foreslo til og med gode fotosteder og vinkler. Det vi satte mest pris på var hans utmerkede service og ekte omsorg. Han var ikke bare en sjåfør, men gjorde også hele turen mer behagelig og komfortabel med sine nyttige anbefalinger og assistanse. Anbefales på det sterkeste for alle som leter etter en pålitelig, vennlig og dedikert sjåfør i Sabah. Takk for at du gjorde turen vår så minneverdig!

The half-day itinerary was packed, and our guide, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic! He spoke Malay, English, and Chinese... I bet he could handle Cantonese and Hokkien too! He was incredibly patient and meticulous with his explanations and arrangements throughout the trip. Even the two little ones in our group loved chatting with him. We found the proboscis monkeys, saw the sunset, but the grand finale was truly the highlight: a sky full of stars and trees full of fireflies. One star twinkled in the sky, and a firefly rested in my hand – it was the most beautiful and serene experience imaginable (the camera couldn't capture even a fraction of it). Thank you, Daniel, and thank you, Kawa, for a wonderful journey and a delightful encounter.

Manukan-øya var ikke dårlig, men jeg anbefaler virkelig Mamutik-øya. Jeg tok to turer og besøkte alle øyene Gaya, Sapi, Mamutik og Manukan. Mamutik-øya var den beste av de fire øyene. Det var ikke bare fordi været var bra den dagen, men korallene på øya var så godt bevart at jeg så flere fisker der enn på de tre andre øyene til sammen. Jeg skulle ønske vannet hadde vært litt klarere den dagen jeg var der, men det var likevel utrolig vakkert og flott. Guiden var også vennlig og veldig bra. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Enjoy a safe and fun stand-up paddleboarding experience at Tanjung Aru Beach, home to one of the world's most famous sunsets! We highly recommend stand-up paddleboarding in Sabah! First, a big shout-out to our coach! The coach was very responsible, dedicated, and humorous in their teaching. They provided careful guidance throughout the process and paid attention to everyone's safety, making our first stand-up paddleboarding experience completely stress-free and incredibly fun! After placing our order, the travel agency promptly contacted us to confirm the itinerary. The staff were friendly and patient, and the pick-up was very punctual. The entire process made us feel very reassured. The biggest fear when traveling is not being able to reach someone after booking an itinerary or uncertainty about pick-up, but this time, we had none of those issues. From booking and communication to pick-up and the on-site experience, everything was very reassuring. Stand-up paddleboarding is truly a blast!

It was such a wonderful experience! Our guide, Sui, was incredibly kind and helpful, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire day. We truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!

Jeg visste ikke hvor den røde telefonkiosken, som var møtestedet, var, så jeg besøkte informasjonsskranken på Jesselton Ferry Port. Møtetiden var passert, men informasjonsmedarbeideren ringte turselskapet for meg, og jeg klarte å møte guiden. Det var tre andre grupper som også hadde gått seg vill, og vi dro til øya sammen. Det var første gang jeg snorklet, men jeg fikk låne redningsvest og svømmeføtter, så det var lett å svømme. Mens jeg svømte, tok guiden bilder og videoer med en GoPro! Jeg er spesielt glad i videoen der jeg er sammen med klovnefiskenes hjem! Bildene som ble tatt, sendes via WhatsApp etter turen. Det var fint å ha omtrent to timer med avslapning etter svømmingen, da det var ganske slitsomt. Jeg ble ganske sjøsyk på båten, så jeg skulle ønske jeg hadde tatt sjøsyketabletter.

Itinerary: The length was just right. Safety: Very safe. Scenery: Diverse, and we even saw the Rafflesia flower, enjoyed fish spa by the lake, and tasted wild boar meat. It was very interesting and unforgettable. Facilities provided: ATV and skydiving safety measures were excellent, making it very fun and exciting. A fulfilling day with a packed schedule. Tour Guide: Xiao Mei was professional, attentive, and patient, following up throughout the trip and being very thoughtful. Lunch: Freshly cooked and delicious, with cold drinks and fresh fruit. Very good. The day before departure, all important information was sent via WhatsApp, which was very thoughtful. It was a great travel experience. The one-day Mount Kinabalu tour includes a variety of activities and is a must-do for anyone visiting Sabah. Highly recommended.

In a group of about 20-30 people, only two of us were Japanese. Most of the participants were Chinese, and the tour was primarily conducted in Chinese. However, our guide made sure to explain things to us in English whenever necessary and constantly looked out for us. The high-speed cruise ship took a little over an hour to reach the island. It was incredibly fast and quite bumpy! 😂 But because the ship was so fast, we didn't even have time to get seasick, which was a plus, haha. The guides played music on board, making the travel time enjoyable. The island facilities were new and clean. Toilets, shower rooms, and even hair dryers were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Before snorkeling, there was a safety briefing. For the two of us, a staff member provided a one-on-one explanation, showing us translated safety precautions in Japanese. They also checked repeatedly to ensure we understood everything, and we felt that safety was very well-considered. For snorkeling, the boat took us to two different spots. The ocean was truly beautiful and amazing! 🐠 The guides constantly checked on us, ensuring our safety while also making sure we had a great time. After returning to the island, a luxurious meal of crab, shrimp, and other dishes was prepared, and drinks were available freely 🦀🦐. Afterward, we had free time. We relaxed under a parasol on the beach. When it was time, we boarded the super-fast cruise ship again for the return journey. Since it was an early morning tour, we were quite tired by the time we headed back, but it was a fulfilling day nonetheless. My only regret is that I forgot to give a tip to our kind guide when we left. They were so helpful until the very end. Since about 90% of the participants are Chinese, Japanese participants might feel a little uneasy at first if they join alone. However, there were many guides and staff members who paid very close attention to us Japanese participants, so in the end, we had a wonderful time without any worries. The ocean was beautiful, snorkeling was fun, and the food was luxurious. Above all, the warm support from all the staff left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who might be hesitant because of the small number of Japanese participants! 🌴🐠✨
