We had a wonderful experience with our driver during our half day kk city tour trip. Driver Mr Mok was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire journey. He put a lot of effort into recommending suitable attractions and made sure we could enjoy the trip without feeling rushed. He was also very patient and thoughtful, always willing to help us take photos and even suggested good photo spots and angles. What we appreciated most was his excellent service and genuine care. He was not just a driver, but also made the whole trip feel more enjoyable and comfortable with his helpful recommendations and assistance. The half-day itinerary was packed, and our guide, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic! He spoke Malay, English, and Chinese... I bet he could handle Cantonese and Hokkien too! He was incredibly patient and meticulous with his explanations and arrangements throughout the trip. Even the two little ones in our group loved chatting with him. We found the proboscis monkeys, saw the sunset, but the grand finale was truly the highlight: a sky full of stars and trees full of fireflies. One star twinkled in the sky, and a firefly rested in my hand – it was the most beautiful and serene experience imaginable (the camera couldn't capture even a fraction of it). Thank you, Daniel, and thank you, Kawa, for a wonderful journey and a delightful encounter.

Enjoy a safe and fun stand-up paddleboarding experience at Tanjung Aru Beach, home to one of the world's most famous sunsets! We highly recommend stand-up paddleboarding in Sabah! First, a big shout-out to our coach! The coach was very responsible, dedicated, and humorous in their teaching. They provided careful guidance throughout the process and paid attention to everyone's safety, making our first stand-up paddleboarding experience completely stress-free and incredibly fun! After placing our order, the travel agency promptly contacted us to confirm the itinerary. The staff were friendly and patient, and the pick-up was very punctual. The entire process made us feel very reassured. The biggest fear when traveling is not being able to reach someone after booking an itinerary or uncertainty about pick-up, but this time, we had none of those issues. From booking and communication to pick-up and the on-site experience, everything was very reassuring. Stand-up paddleboarding is truly a blast!

Manukan Island wasn't bad, but I highly recommend Mamutik Island. I took two tours and visited Gaya, Sapi, Mamutik, and Manukan Islands, and Mamutik Island was the best of the four. It wasn't just because the weather was great that day; the coral reefs on that island were so well-formed that I saw more fish there than on all three other islands combined. I wish the water had been a bit clearer on the day I went, but it was still truly beautiful and wonderful. The guide was also very kind and excellent. I highly recommend it!

Não sabia onde ficava a cabine telefónica vermelha do ponto de encontro, então fui ao balcão de informações do Jesselton Ferry Port. Já tinha passado da hora do encontro, mas a pessoa da informação ligou para a empresa de turismo e consegui encontrar-me com o guia. Havia outros três grupos perdidos, e fomos juntos para a ilha. Era a minha primeira vez a fazer snorkel, mas como me emprestaram um colete salva-vidas e barbatanas, consegui nadar facilmente. Enquanto nadava, o guia tirou fotos e vídeos com uma GoPro! Adorei o vídeo que tirou comigo e com a casa do peixe-palhaço! As fotos tiradas são enviadas via WhatsApp após o passeio. Fiquei bastante cansado depois de nadar, então foi bom ter cerca de 2 horas de tempo para relaxar. O barco balança bastante, então pensei que teria sido melhor ter tomado um remédio para enjoo.

Our tour guide this time was Little Bear 🐻, along with many enthusiastic crew members. The boat was in excellent condition—new and very clean. Both the upper and lower decks were great for taking photos, and you could move around freely. First, the yacht departed for the water club to drop off our belongings. Then, a speedboat took everyone to Saphi Island for about 30 minutes to wade in the water and take pictures. Afterward, we returned to the water club to enjoy the slide, snorkeling, and SUP (these three activities were free). Staff members were present throughout, ensuring safety. If you purchased other water activities, you would be taken to a more distant location to enjoy them. For lunch, there was a simple buffet. I think it's a great place to relax. Highly recommend!

In a group of about 20-30 people, only two of us were Japanese. Most of the participants were Chinese, and the tour was primarily conducted in Chinese. However, our guide made sure to explain things to us in English whenever necessary and constantly looked out for us. The high-speed cruise ship took a little over an hour to reach the island. It was incredibly fast and quite bumpy! 😂 But because the ship was so fast, we didn't even have time to get seasick, which was a plus, haha. The guides played music on board, making the travel time enjoyable. The island facilities were new and clean. Toilets, shower rooms, and even hair dryers were available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Before snorkeling, there was a safety briefing. For the two of us, a staff member provided a one-on-one explanation, showing us translated safety precautions in Japanese. They also checked repeatedly to ensure we understood everything, and we felt that safety was very well-considered. For snorkeling, the boat took us to two different spots. The ocean was truly beautiful and amazing! 🐠 The guides constantly checked on us, ensuring our safety while also making sure we had a great time. After returning to the island, a luxurious meal of crab, shrimp, and other dishes was prepared, and drinks were available freely 🦀🦐. Afterward, we had free time. We relaxed under a parasol on the beach. When it was time, we boarded the super-fast cruise ship again for the return journey. Since it was an early morning tour, we were quite tired by the time we headed back, but it was a fulfilling day nonetheless. My only regret is that I forgot to give a tip to our kind guide when we left. They were so helpful until the very end. Since about 90% of the participants are Chinese, Japanese participants might feel a little uneasy at first if they join alone. However, there were many guides and staff members who paid very close attention to us Japanese participants, so in the end, we had a wonderful time without any worries. The ocean was beautiful, snorkeling was fun, and the food was luxurious. Above all, the warm support from all the staff left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who might be hesitant because of the small number of Japanese participants! 🌴🐠✨
