Here’s a natural and polished review: We had a wonderful trip, and our guide, Tom, made it even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts throughout the day. What I especially appreciated was that, even though most of the group was from China, he made sure the English-speaking guests received the same attention and explanations. We never felt left out. The tour was well organized, the pace was comfortable, and we had a great experience. Thank you, Tom, for making it such an enjoyable and memorable day!

景點的美麗，要眼見為憑，是手機的相機所無法補捉。導遊對於景點的介紹很詳細，親合力滿滿，也很熱心的幫大家拍照，而且對時間和行程的掌控非常好。值得推薦！

Places were great! We may have had a tight schedule due to how far the places were from the meeting point, but we were able to enjoy the trip well. Mila was a well-informed guide. She let us rest on the way to the destinations and described the places when we were almost arriving at them.

單導遊很熱心，開車也非常平穩不超速，也有遵守行車規定，有問必答，可惜這季節來的似乎不是太好，樹光凸凸的，富良野也沒有花，世紀之丘也都是殘雪，這是唯一可惜的地方

Ghidul nostru, doamna Lisa, a fost fantastică – foarte bine informată despre locuri și incredibil de amabilă, veselă și caldă. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult turul. Ne-am dori doar să fi avut mai mult timp la Lacul Albastru, deoarece ni s-a părut cam scurt și am fi vrut să apreciem pe deplin priveliștile și natura. Per total, acesta este unul dintre cele mai bune tururi pe care le-am rezervat. Abia așteptăm să ne întoarcem pentru turul de vară al câmpurilor de lavandă din Furano!

Great and hassle free trip that allows you to see the famous spots in Furano and Biei area. Our guide was Mila and she was very attentive. She also gave us information about the different specialties in Hokkaido along with some restaurant recommendations.

北海道真的很美，冬天有冬天的美，夏天有夏天的韵味。薰衣草控狂喜，花海特别美～行程安排也比较合理。

一个人来旅行的，柳生导游非常热情温柔，每个下车点都会数数人，而且介绍北海道和日本历史跟专业，科普了很多知识。时间安排的非常好，不会很累，而且每个景点都玩到了，很喜欢，时间是够的。同行的大伙儿也很给力，没有迟到的。中午报了自助餐，还挺好的，哈密瓜没有新疆的甜，但是软且汁水多，很推荐南瓜天妇罗和炒海鲜，成吉思汗羊肉没有国内的好吃，大家少拿一点。这个白玉米也是柳生导游推荐的，超级好吃！！直接生吃，感觉比哈密瓜好吃，甜甜的必买！！
