beautiful, the second you step inside the park to get to the hot springs you can already tell you’ll have a good time, there’s free cubicles to place your stuff and the entry is very cheap, specially considering the fact that you can stay as long as you want, me and my friend met a very friendly taiwanese woman that drove us to the night market later to eat together. Very clean and i felt very safe, 100% recommend!!

This trip to Guishan Island in Yilan was truly amazing, and looking back on it still puts me in such a great mood! The weather on the day we set sail was absolutely fantastic. The azure sea paired with the warm sunshine (perhaps a bit too warm) made just sitting on the boat and feeling the ocean breeze feel incredibly therapeutic. The most surprising and exciting part was that we were the very first boat to encounter a pod of dolphins! We estimated there were about 60 to 100 dolphins leaping and swimming all around us. The shock and emotion of seeing them up close like that are truly beyond words—we were just so lucky! Stepping onto the mysterious Guishan Island for the first time, the tour guide's explanations were a major highlight of the entire trip. Their delivery was lively and full of humor, making the ecology and historical stories sound like a comedy show. Being able to see so many cute dolphins in such gorgeous weather and listening to such entertaining guidance made for an extremely fulfilling and happy day, leaving me with wonderful memories to cherish!

One of the benefits of purchasing zoo and botanical garden tickets on the Klook platform is that upon arrival, you can immediately redeem a voucher for animal feed, allowing you to experience the joy of feeding animals right away. If you wish to feed them more, you can simply purchase additional feed on-site. The only thing I think is important to note is that different animals have different types of feed. It's necessary to find out what kind of feed the animal you most want to feed requires before redeeming your voucher. Otherwise, there's a risk that the feed you receive might not be for the animal you intended to feed.

We were lucky that the National Center for Traditional Arts had a special offer on KLOOK, a buy-one-get-one-free deal on tickets. This made it half the price of buying tickets at the venue, with some money left over. Online ticketing was very fast; we made a last-minute decision and bought the tickets online after arriving at the center's parking lot. The tickets were issued less than five minutes after booking. When we got to the entrance, it saved us the hassle of buying physical tickets. We just showed the QR code from our voucher at the entrance, and we were able to go right in!

Facilities: The environment is very clean, and staff members regularly clean up animal waste. Each area is separated by doors to prevent animals from fighting. Staff members are stationed at each section to introduce the animals, and you can ask any questions if you don't understand something. The staff are very polite and courteous. After touring, there is a DIY activity you can do, and the products in the souvenir shop are very cute. The overall environment is very comfortable and it was a super awesome experience 👍👍👍👍👍 Price: The price is not expensive. Online tickets are cheaper at 199, while tickets at the venue are 230. The animals were not lifeless like the Google reviews said; on the contrary, every single one of them was very energetic! (Later, when the marmots saw someone else feeding them, they even stood up, jumped, and playfully fought, lol.) We happened to catch the pelican feeding show, and the staff gave us fish to toss to the pelicans! When the pelicans fly, they step right on the surface of the water—so cool. We also met a staff member who gave us bird feed, and tons of parrots flew over and landed on our hands 🥰. You can't go inside the Patagonian mara enclosure, but you can feed them from the outside. The farm has three areas, and almost every area requires 50 NTD to get feed. I didn't spend any money on it, though!

We visited on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The weather was cloudy that day, but thankfully it didn't rain. The park has deer, capybaras, turtles, dogs, and donkeys. The staff put a lot of effort into designing activities, such as printing commemorative postcards, collecting stamps at each station, and finally piecing together various colors to form the park's star animal members. There's also a commemorative stamp on the back. Although the park isn't large, the staff's dedication is evident everywhere. You can replenish mosquito repellent, and at the hay distribution point, you can get a small gift by leaving a review on Facebook or Instagram. We received two cute fans that day. It's recommended to check the weather before going, as most of the park is outdoors. You can also purchase e-tickets through Klook in advance for a slightly lower price and exchange them for physical tickets at the counter upon arrival. A full-price ticket is 200 NTD, which can be exchanged for feed and hay to feed the animals. The capybaras are super cute when they eat! 🥰 There's also a small cafe within the park, and the souvenir shop at the exit has a wide array of adorable merchandise, including plush toys, cups, badges, and hats – almost anything you can imagine. Overall, the planning is excellent, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. We would definitely visit again if we have the chance!
