One of the benefits of purchasing zoo and botanical garden tickets on the Klook platform is that upon arrival, you can immediately redeem a voucher for animal feed, allowing you to experience the joy of feeding animals right away. If you wish to feed them more, you can simply purchase additional feed on-site. The only thing I think is important to note is that different animals have different types of feed. It's necessary to find out what kind of feed the animal you most want to feed requires before redeeming your voucher. Otherwise, there's a risk that the feed you receive might not be for the animal you intended to feed.

Só de sentar no barco a sentir a brisa marinha já foi super relaxante. O que mais nos surpreendeu e empolgou foi que fomos o primeiro barco a encontrar um grupo de golfinhos! Estimamos que havia entre 60 e 100 golfinhos a saltar e a nadar à nossa volta. A emoção e a alegria de vê-los tão de perto são impossíveis de descrever por palavras; tivemos muita sorte! Pisar pela primeira vez a misteriosa Ilha Guishan e ouvir as explicações do guia foi o grande destaque de toda a viagem. Ele falava de forma muito vívida e bem-humorada, transformando a ecologia e as histórias históricas numa comédia divertida. Poder ver tantos golfinhos adoráveis com um clima excelente e desfrutar de uma visita guiada tão interessante tornou este dia extremamente gratificante e feliz, deixando-nos com ótimas recordações!

The animals were not lifeless like the Google reviews said; on the contrary, every single one of them was very energetic! (Later, when the marmots saw someone else feeding them, they even stood up, jumped, and playfully fought, lol.) We happened to catch the pelican feeding show, and the staff gave us fish to toss to the pelicans! When the pelicans fly, they step right on the surface of the water—so cool. We also met a staff member who gave us bird feed, and tons of parrots flew over and landed on our hands 🥰. You can't go inside the Patagonian mara enclosure, but you can feed them from the outside. The farm has three areas, and almost every area requires 50 NTD to get feed. I didn't spend any money on it, though!

We visited on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The weather was cloudy that day, but thankfully it didn't rain. The park has deer, capybaras, turtles, dogs, and donkeys. The staff put a lot of effort into designing activities, such as printing commemorative postcards, collecting stamps at each station, and finally piecing together various colors to form the park's star animal members. There's also a commemorative stamp on the back. Although the park isn't large, the staff's dedication is evident everywhere. You can replenish mosquito repellent, and at the hay distribution point, you can get a small gift by leaving a review on Facebook or Instagram. We received two cute fans that day. It's recommended to check the weather before going, as most of the park is outdoors. You can also purchase e-tickets through Klook in advance for a slightly lower price and exchange them for physical tickets at the counter upon arrival. A full-price ticket is 200 NTD, which can be exchanged for feed and hay to feed the animals. The capybaras are super cute when they eat! 🥰 There's also a small cafe within the park, and the souvenir shop at the exit has a wide array of adorable merchandise, including plush toys, cups, badges, and hats – almost anything you can imagine. Overall, the planning is excellent, and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. We would definitely visit again if we have the chance!

beautiful, the second you step inside the park to get to the hot springs you can already tell you’ll have a good time, there’s free cubicles to place your stuff and the entry is very cheap, specially considering the fact that you can stay as long as you want, me and my friend met a very friendly taiwanese woman that drove us to the night market later to eat together. Very clean and i felt very safe, 100% recommend!!
