The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Queen Street, skytower the waterfront. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with a little more water pressure and there were a few broken tiles that need replacing but other than that thr room was great. We had dinner amd breakfast at the restaurant and both were very tasty and enjoyable.

Aircon didn't work properly the whole time we were there and was colder than out side. Asked couple time to get it looked at, nobody showed up.
