staff were friendly. breakfast they had wide variety. But Hotel and cleanliness was not well maintained. The room had so many small anst especially on the tables. It should not be rated as 5 star. 3.5 to 4 star only.

This hotel always feels like my second home when I’m in Bandung. Even though it’s an older hotel, they maintain it so well. The breakfast is superb, and everything is as good as always. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel centrally located in Bandung. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke good English. Very good breakfast with excellent selection. Excellent large swimming pool, though chlorine levels seemed rather high and stung our eyes. Although alcohol is available, it would be nice to have been able to have a cocktail or other drink in the lobby area.

I enjoy my stay here, the staff were wonderful, location is perfect, they just need to improve the bedroom cleanliness, bathroom curtains looks like it has never been washed for years, the walls need to be re-painted, bed sheets were smelly on my first night there

Service is excellent, check in and check out are very good. Need improvement in room lighting, please return it to warm white. Parking quite limited though, need to walking quite a distance everyday from the hotel elevator everyday, with extra effort on check out.....
