We visited during the peak season in August. Arriving at Zermatt Station at 6:40 AM allowed us to catch the first train at 7:00 AM, and all six of us easily secured seats on the right side. The observation deck wasn't overly crowded, so we could take as many photos as we wanted. The souvenir shop at the observation deck opened at 9:00 AM; while M and L sizes of the cute Gornergrat-exclusive T-shirts were scarce, we managed to get some. On the way back, we hiked from Rotenboden to Riffelberg. The weather was great, and we saw the inverted Matterhorn. While sneakers are not impossible, there are rocky and sloped paths, so trekking shoes are preferable. It was cold at the top, but as we descended, it became scorching hot due to a heatwave, so a packable down jacket that you can easily take on and off is essential. I even took off my Heattech inner layer at Riffelberg.

I booked on the spot and waited a few minutes to receive the QR code. There's a little queue for the entrance to the cable car but it moves fast. This is highly recommended so you don't have to line up for the ticket counter as they take time too.

Our departure was Zurich and took us 2hrs to get to the destination. We went to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Interlaken. This tour is ideal for active people, who walks a lot. The tour would need you to walk on inclined paths. Not ideal for people with difficulty in walking. We did the cliff walk at Grindelwald First(an option with additional fee of 70 CHF per person), however there were fog and the mountains were not visible. Ideal for a day trip/short trip to Switzerland but still want to see/experience the beauty of the mountains and make the most out of their Switzerland trip. Overall, our tour was very nice, peaceful and refreshing. Our guide is very patient and really explained clearly the areas while our driver really took care of us and drove safely. It was a good experience and I would recommend this to young people who are up for adventure.

I did the paragliding with Chris and he was such a cool person. The check-in process was smooth and the views during car ride to the take-off place were beautiful. The actual paragliding experience was very fun and enjoyable, I would definitely do it again!

Tickets allowed priority boarding which was good and made the trip really smooth for us.

With the Swiss Travel Pass, you get half price on the funicular — great value for what is genuinely one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking viewpoints. The panorama of snow-capped peaks and the twin lakes of Thun and Brienz is stunning at any time of day, but staying for sunset takes it to another level entirely. I had a light dinner at the mountaintop restaurant while watching the alpenglow — a perfect evening. Do stay for the last tram down to make the most of it. It gets crowded, but the view more than makes up for it. Book it, go once, remember it forever.

Meu marido teve uma experiência maravilhosa com o voo duplo de parapente. O piloto dele era muito experiente e todos os protocolos de segurança foram seguidos. Ele se sentiu seguro e maravilhado com Interlaken, que é o lugar mais bonito para andar de parapente, já que é possível ver dois lagos dentro da cidade.

Beautiful museum....fun activities for kids and adults. you will love it if you are football fan. so much cool information and history from FIFA. there is a small souvenir shop and a bistro for quick bites. clean washrooms. we liked our experience.
