The staff were professional, gave clear instructions, and ensured everyone felt comfortable before starting. The course had just the right level of thrill with some small rapids. Everything was also well-organised—we arrived early around 9am and even had time for a quick zipline before rafting, with no unnecessary waiting. The surrounding scenery added nicely to the overall experience. That said, the main highlight here is definitely the rafting—there isn’t much else to do. We did bump into rocks a few times and even got stuck briefly, but it was all part of the fun and still felt safe. The equipment looked clean and well-maintained. There’s also a staff member who helps take photos, which you can purchase for about 5,000 VND each and receive via email. Overall, it’s a great activity if you’re looking for something adventurous to do in Da Nang. Just note that getting a Grab from the area can be quite difficult—I was lucky to find a driver nearby.

Our group was on a medium-sized bus, with a total of 15 people. The tour guide was very professional and spoke English fluently. When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, everyone collectively bought a Wow Pass. The guide, being very familiar with the area, led us through shortcuts, so we didn't have to queue anywhere. After taking the cable car to the main park area, the guide gave us three hours of free time before we had to prepare to go down the mountain. In reality, for such a large park, three hours, including mealtime, is truly not enough. Coming all this way, it felt a bit regrettable. The premium buffet included in this package is highly not recommended. Its actual price is around NT$350 to NT$400, so you shouldn't expect high quality. The restaurant is very large, extremely crowded, and it seemed most of the people were Vietnamese. We saw many people wearing slippers or directly propping their feet on the chairs, with children running around noisily. The overall dining atmosphere was actually not good. It's advised not to buy this buffet; the food quality is poor, and eating also wastes time. Save your money and eat some light snacks in the park, gaining more time to explore the various exhibition halls and attractions, which would be more worthwhile.

We had such a wonderful experience on the cruise. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with my elderly parents, safety and comfort were very important to us, and the whole crew made us feel well taken care of throughout the trip. The activities, scenery, and overall atmosphere made the tour truly unforgettable. Everything was well-organized, relaxing, and enjoyable for all ages. My parents especially appreciated how kind and patient the staff were, which made them feel safe and comfortable the entire time. This is definitely an experience worth trying at least once. The beautiful views, great service, and peaceful cruise made it one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for families, especially those traveling with seniors.

It is actually crucial that the insurance is already included in the package. The river cruise was pleasant and the night view is great. We have witnessed how the Dragon Bridge blasted water, although sadly, there was no fire due to technical difficulties. The dance performance is also a delight, plus the water and fruits.

Ba Na Hills is definitely worth visiting! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially the Golden Bridge and the cable car ride. Everything was well-maintained, and there were so many beautiful spots to explore and take photos. We enjoyed walking around the French Village, trying the attractions, and experiencing the cool mountain weather. It can get crowded, but arriving early really helped us enjoy the place more. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience with my family. If you’re visiting Da Nang, Ba Na Hills is a must-visit destination!

Alpine Coaster di Ba Na Hills adalah salah satu bagian paling menarik dari kunjungan saya. Wahana ini menyenangkan dan memberikan adrenalin yang luar biasa, namun tetap terasa aman dan terkontrol dengan baik. Kontrolnya mudah digunakan, sehingga Anda dapat menyesuaikan kecepatan tergantung seberapa petualang yang Anda inginkan, meskipun itu terkontrol dan kami hanya memiliki rem yang dapat dilakukan secara manual. Kami melakukan ketiga wahana. Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan mencoba Alpine Coaster jika Anda menikmati petualangan dan wahana pemandangan.

The international lunch buffet at Four Seasons restaurant was so delicious. Thank you, Ba Na Hills, we really had so much fun and plan to go back again soon. Riding a cable car for 20 minutes was quite nerve-wracking yet so memorable. 🫶

We booked the “Absorb the fresh air with mud bath” package on Klook and redemption was easy. We combined it with Hoa Phu Thanh Tourist Area rafting in the morning and arrived around 12:30pm, with plenty of time to explore. The park is larger than it looks and spread across a hillside, so shuttle buggies are needed to get around. The hot springs are decent but don’t feel fully naturally heated. We came mainly for the mud bath and jacuzzi, which was the highlight. First a 5–10 min warm jacuzzi, then a semi-private stone mud tub. No strict time limit, but we stayed ~30 mins before it got boring and the mud cooled. Rinsing off is messy. Food is affordable (fries ~30k VND, drinks ~25k VND). Toilets and showers were clean with basic amenities provided. Lockers use a bracelet system—staff assign it and you tap to open, which is convenient. Downsides: communal slippers felt worn and not very clean. Location is remote, and getting a Grab back is difficult, so arrange transport in advance.

Tôi đến từ Thái Lan và tôi bị đau lưng & vai mãn tính, vì vậy kỳ vọng của tôi về mát-xa rất cao, nhưng Tranh đã đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của tôi. Sau buổi mát-xa, tôi cảm thấy nhẹ nhõm, thư giãn và hài lòng. Họ cũng có đồ uống & đồ ăn nhẹ miễn phí cả trước và sau buổi mát-xa, và chúng được trình bày rất đẹp mắt.
