Alpine Coaster at Ba Na Hills was one of the most exciting parts of my visit. The ride was fun and gave an incredible adrenaline rush while still feeling safe and well-controlled.
The controls were easy to use, so you can adjust your speed depending on how adventurous you want to be, but o though it was controlled and we had only the break that could be done manually.
We did all 3 rides. I would definitely recommend trying the Alpine Coaster if you enjoy adventure and scenic rides.

It was a perfect trip; my parents really enjoyed it. Although I had booked the 8:00 PM slot, the driver—for some reason—droped me of the wrong location ( Although the cruise staff contacted me to provide the address, I didn't notice it.). Fortunately, the staff waited for me; I arrived at 8:10 PM, but since I had set out early, I was still able to catch the next departure at 8:30 PM. I am so grateful to the staff for their dedicated assistance and for waiting for my family. I had rushed in anxiously, but the staff reassured me that it was fine and that there was another trip scheduled. When I arrived, I saw one of their boats departing, followed by the Vinh Anh 2 docking shortly after. Thanks to this, I was able to see the show. We were provided with bottled water and fruit, and the onboard restroom was very clean. My family and I really loved the trip! Thank you so much,❤️

Our experience was amazing and breathtaking. The communication was great and easy. Directions was very clear and was able to get to location easy. We were guided to our boat and was welcomed on board with water and fresh cut fruits. They had a dance entertainer at the beginning. The river cruise was beautiful and for the 9pm fire and water breathing the boat parked perfectly with picture/video perfect views. great experience! would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you team for a great experience for our family of 4

Everything was great!! We booked a 90-mins full body massage, and we was impressed by the moment we arrived at the spa. The building is well-designed and beautifully decorated inside and out, giving the nature and calming vibe. The staff was very polite and friendly, clearly guiding us through the process. The place is nice and clean too. Tranh BK was my therapist and she was very good! I’m from Thailand and I have chronic back & shoulders pain, so my expectations for massage is very high, but Tranh could meet my expectations. After the massage, I feel relief, relaxed, and satisfied. They also have complimentary drinks & snacks both before and after the massage, and they’re very well presented. Thank you all so much for your warm welcome and excellent service 🙏🏼

We had an amazing experience on our Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Day Tour last September 6! Everything was well organized, from the hotel pick-up to the transportation, tour itinerary, and return trip.
The highlight, of course, was the Golden Bridge and the incredible scenery around Ba Na Hills. The cable car ride itself was an experience, with breathtaking mountain views along the way. Sun World Ba Na Hills was also fantastic — there was so much to see and do, from the French Village and beautiful architecture to the attractions and entertainment.
Our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. The timing and organization of the tour were also very good, especially considering how busy Ba Na Hills can get.
Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable day trip from Da Nang and definitely one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang! 5 stars all the way!

Simply unforgettable! I recommend that You stay there to best enjoy everything. There’s so much to see, do, eat and shop. There are activities at every corner. Such a fun place. Must Go! Sun World is huge and try to go in early because the last cable car is at 4.30pm. Book a shuttle bus to help you ferry from place to place.

We booked the “Absorb the fresh air with mud bath” package on Klook and redemption was easy. We combined it with Hoa Phu Thanh Tourist Area rafting in the morning and arrived around 12:30pm, with plenty of time to explore.
The park is larger than it looks and spread across a hillside, so shuttle buggies are needed to get around. The hot springs are decent but don’t feel fully naturally heated.
We came mainly for the mud bath and jacuzzi, which was the highlight. First a 5–10 min warm jacuzzi, then a semi-private stone mud tub. No strict time limit, but we stayed ~30 mins before it got boring and the mud cooled. Rinsing off is messy.
Food is affordable (fries ~30k VND, drinks ~25k VND). Toilets and showers were clean with basic amenities provided. Lockers use a bracelet system—staff assign it and you tap to open, which is convenient.
Downsides: communal slippers felt worn and not very clean. Location is remote, and getting a Grab back is difficult, so arrange transport in advance.
