It was easy to retrieve our tickets - just scan the barcode at the ticket office and the staff will run you through what you need to do before hopping on the boat. The cruise itself is a very pleasant and spacious ride. For man's O war. Pack a picnic for the day and you can relax on the sand and enjoy the water. The winery itself is phenomenal, the staff are friendly and the food is amazing.

Die Waitomo Glühwürmchenhöhlen waren atemberaubend und anders als alles, was ich zuvor gesehen habe. Unser Reiseleiter war freundlich, sachkundig und teilte den ganzen Tag über großartige Einblicke. Der Transport war komfortabel und alles lief reibungslos. Ich kann diese Tour jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der ein unvergessliches und stressfreies Erlebnis wünscht!

Great afternoon experience. Staff were fantastic and the captain was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting info he shared along the journey. It was just a shame there was a large group on our tour where one member decided we all needed to listen to his music on his large speaker. Made it hard to hear the Captain's info on the boats speakers. I took a sea sick tablet just in case.

Our tour guide was Huzefa. I was a bit worried about a small group tour since I barely understood English, but he guided us very carefully. When I didn't understand something, he would say "Don't worry," which was very reassuring. The tour content was excellent and fulfilling, and I had a great time. I was so moved to see the kiwis and glowworms I had wanted to see! It became a wonderful memory. It's a memory for a lifetime. Thank you very much.

Nice driver/guides that bring us around city, south and west part of Auckland. piha black sand beach is beautiful. before the end of tour, we were served beverages and cookies too.

Kelly was our guide. He explained a lot about the history of Auckland and New Zealand as a whole. It was indeed a wonderful experience, and we had so much fun with the other members of the group. Kelly came to pick us up at the meeting point on time. Thank you, Kelly!
