I arrived 7 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, but both Hyosun-ssi and Camellia-ssi welcomed me with kindness. They were detailed in the little things, made sure I was comfortable and provided me with many free service. Really enjoyed the entire session. Especially since I could practise my Korean. Would even come back for a second time!

Dayoung is very friendly, kind, and attentive. She takes care of my mom's haircut very well :) My mom looks younger :) My mother said her cut is very youthful.

The doctor carefully analyzed my skin condition and recommended a treatment plan that was tailored to my needs. The entire treatment process was professional, and I never felt pressured to purchase additional services. After the treatment, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality skincare treatments.

I heard that the procedure time is really fast, unlike in my country where it takes 2-3 hours each time, so I especially wanted to try it out. Including the pre-selected style and basic maintenance, it only took 40 minutes in total. However, the styles were relatively simple and basic, not complicated, with 100% similarity to the finished product. There was an additional charge for the selected style, so I felt the price wasn't cheap. The problem I encountered this time was that the navigation couldn't find the correct location, so I want to share this with anyone who plans to go in the future. From Hongdae Subway Exit 3, walk straight until you reach a large intersection. You'll see Hollys on your front right. I had a good experience. I docked one point because the package was a little misleading; "photoshoot makeup" led us to believe it included a photoshoot session, as it was also more expensive than the other makeup. So, be aware of that, friends. My makeup and hair themselves were good, and I was transformed into an idol. My mom was less satisfied with her makeup, though. She did like her hair.

I found this hair salon in Hongdae on Klook. After entering the shop, different staff members greeted us, and their English was excellent, so we could communicate perfectly. Although we initially only purchased a haircut, we also added a 19-step hair treatment, which was incredibly comfortable, especially the far-infrared massage – it was completely unexpected. The hairstyle turned out very sweet as well.
