I had a full head spa and a treatment, and the experience was absolutely amazing. They kindly offered us a private room, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were extremely professional and skilled. They spoke English very well and carefully checked my hair and scalp condition, explaining everything clearly and letting me choose what suited me best. Being treated in a space just for us made it feel truly special and personal. Thank you so much to Min, Jungwon, and all the other staff for giving us such an unforgettable experience. I had such a great experience getting scalp treatment, hair smoothening, and hair cut at the Salon. It was so easy to navigate all the treatments in English and I was able to just relax the whole time. Wrenley, Yejin, and Bora were so detailed with the treatment and checked in with me every step of the way! highly recommend for your next trip to Seoul :) wish I could include a video of how shiny my hair came out!

I accidentally went to a different Hongdae branch than the one I booked, but the staff immediately came to pick me up. My daughter and I had booked the natural water shampoo, but after a hair diagnosis, I was told my scalp was oily with excess sebum, so I decided to add a scalp treatment. After the scalp care, scalp massage, and bubble shampoo, I felt confident in my hairstyle with the blow-dry and set. During the shampoo, you can relax in a massage chair. I would like to visit this salon again when I go to Korea. I would also like to request a hair arrangement.
