I had a good time and was well taken care of. I came in with pictures of the color I wanted. I got my hair dyed black and there are so many different undertones of black that I accidentally chose a blue black. when I came out my hair was black but it shone blue in the light which I thought was cool. I had songi as my stylist and she was very nice. she did her best to accommodate me even though there was a language barrier. she was also happy to use a translator app. They gave a head and neck massage when rinsing out the dye which was wonderful. it wasnt songi that did the head massage but I think her assistant. she did a very good job! I will say that I might do the add on hair treatment next time because it was dry after and i hadnt planned on that. but I only skipped out on it because they asked me before the color treatment and the water here in Korea had built up minerals in my hair already and was sitting heavy so I didnt think any moisture would help.

Had a great experience at Juno Hair with their premium scalp treatment and haircut. Despite the language barrier, the staff communicated really well and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Yeona was especially great — she helped me a lot and gave good suggestions that suited my hair and face shape. As someone shy and introverted, I really appreciated her calm and gentle approach. The scalp treatment was very relaxing, and my hair feels softer, healthier, and less frizzy after the visit. Would definitely recommend, especially for foreigners visiting Korea!

Ye Eun explained my scalp findings and the treatment to be done step by step. They did upsell for an additional hair treatment, which was okay with me too; I felt it was time for one anyway. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair. I liked my haircut!

This was my first time traveling to Korea and I had no idea which is good hair cut shop in Seoul. I found this shop called Juno Hair which is recommended by Klook. So I tried it. It was perfect service. I wanted to get Korea haircut style for long time and finally got it. I’ve never imagined I can have this hairstyle and look really good (I think 😆…) Designer is professional to analysis your hair /face shape and patience to ask what style are you looking for. He/She is good try to explain in English (some time they need translation apps when they want to explain in detail but its fine). Overall , the process is smooth and did take too long The picture I show its before and after. Left one was a night before I did hair cut and right one was after the hair cut

A superb experience. The staff is very attentive and listens carefully. The master stylist adapted to my needs. Also, Tapim took great care of me for all the treatments. He was conscientious from start to finish. I recommend.

My experience with Ezi was incredible. She gave me the perfect haircut, one that no one else had ever given me before. Amazing! I highly recommend the scalp treatment because it's all about hair health and wellbeing.

Excelente servicio. Muy amigable con los extranjeros. Me trataron con amabilidad. Se comunican muy bien (incluso si necesitan usar una aplicación de traducción para algunas cosas). La chica que me atendió se aseguró de que estuviéramos de acuerdo con el tipo de corte de pelo que quería. Lo confirmó varias veces antes de cortar. Realmente aprecié esto. El chico que hizo parte del procedimiento con mi cuero cabelludo fue muy competente y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
