Sammi is a very good and attentive tour guide. The itinerary and transportation went smoothly. The luge and feeding the seagulls were a lot of fun; it would have been even more perfect if the weather hadn't been so cold.

Feeding the seagulls was so much fun! It's a shame the time was so short. Our guide, Suki, was excellent; she arranged the time at each stop perfectly and even offered to take photos for us, which was very thoughtful. It was a very enjoyable day trip.

For this trip, I am very grateful to Sammi from Zunyou for her extremely professional service quality and her meticulous care for every traveler. The time arrangements for each activity were appropriate, and the recommended restaurants were thoughtfully chosen, allowing travelers to savor the local culinary culture. Furthermore, during the afternoon luge activity, she paid special attention to our safety measures, ensuring that travelers had fun and stayed safe. Her explanations of Seoul's attractions and Korean life culture during the itinerary greatly enhanced my understanding. Finally, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this day's trip. Teddy the tour guide is humorous and witty, fluent in multiple languages including Chinese, English, and Korean (Japanese?). He managed the time well for everyone, and the atmosphere was very pleasant! The Inspire venue was luxurious, cycling was a bit tiring, there were many enthusiastic seagulls so definitely don't feed them with your fingers, watching the guide perform paper-flipping tricks at the traditional park was great, and the gravity luge was very fun and exhilarating!

Our tour guide, Suki, had an excellent grasp of the itinerary, giving us ample time to experience each activity, and all four activities were enjoyable without being tiring. Although the fishing wasn't as grand as Hwacheon, it was more than enough for a first-time experience, and we also got to try ice sledding without any crowds. The luge ride is definitely worth paying an extra 12,000 won to do twice for maximum enjoyment. The strawberries were large and delicious. Although the seaweed wasn't a mandatory shopping stop, after tasting it, we still ended up buying some; it's cheaper than at the airport! Plus, we got to wear Hanbok for free and take photos indoors. I truly loved this tour.

It was a very fun day. Our tour guide, Rachel, was very responsible and attentive. She helped us buy tickets, translated and communicated for us, and often took photos for our family. When riding the luge in winter, make sure to dress warmly. We rode it twice and had a great time. The cafe was very unique, the bread was delicious, and there were many vintage items perfect for taking photos and checking in.

Our guide Rachel was punctual and approachable. She was clear in her details, whether on WhatsApp or in person. We enjoyed ourselves most at Gang Hwa Luge, but felt the market trip was an unnecessary addition to the itinerary. The seagull feeding and railbike were fun too. Overall, it was definitely worth it.
