Ren was a wonderful guide and driver. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from before the tour and during and even encouraged us to come back and again and to contact him when we are next in Seoul. Because the other tour group canceled, my friends and daughter got a private tour by default, so Ren picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off where we wanted to go at the end. The tour itself was so much fun and educational. We had the best time!!! The glass skywalk was scary (made me think of that glass game on Squid Games) but had amazing views. The cooking portion was interesting and sooooo very delicious. Ren actually went up and down the luge with us because he wanted to make sure that we were safe and had a good time. It was the perfect amount of spots to visit and time to get a good taste of what Seoul has to offer. We definitely want to come back and take some more tours, hopefully with Ren!!! Thank you!!

The driver will contact you a few days in advance. On the day of the trip, because there were fewer people, we took a 6-seater car. Throughout the journey, the driver introduced us to the attractions and reminded us to rest at appropriate times. The overall experience was quite good! Our driver's license plate number this time was: 9298, highly recommended!

The Garden of Morning Calm is truly wonderful, the park layout is beautiful, and you can even overlook North Korea. This attraction is highly recommended! Yangpyeong Textile Factory is just okay, a renovation of an old factory area, it's fine for a stroll. Overall, chartering a car with kids is really convenient. The driver will contact you the day before and pick you up from the hotel on time. Highly recommended if you want to travel stress-free!

This was my first time using Klook for a one-day tour. The guide informed us of the meeting point a day in advance. On the day of the tour, the guide provided appropriate commentary on the surrounding scenery during the bus ride. The luge ride was exciting and a lot of fun, and the other attractions were also worth visiting.

The luge was cancelled due to strong winds, which was disappointing since it was the main attraction. I would have appreciated it if the organiser had checked the weather before we set off. However, we were refunded the luge ticket. On a positive note, the driver provided helpful information throughout the trip. Do note that he spoke Chinese.

The tour guide was excellent, introducing the special features of each attraction, helping with ticket purchases, and assisting with translation. The time arrangement was also very appropriate. I would choose this kind of trip again if I have the chance.

Punctual pick-up and drop-off, Mr. Zheng helped purchase various tickets and arranged the itinerary. The private car service was convenient! Dalong Market offers authentic local flavors: Chaoyang Textile's displays and lighting create a great atmosphere. The slide car was exciting and fun!
