During the trip, when we encountered a small incident of getting lost, he remained calm and demonstrated exceptional adaptability, making everyone feel very secure. 【Thoughtful Care for Elderly Participants】We had quite a few elderly members on this trip, and Richard was incredibly attentive throughout, constantly looking after the physical and health conditions of the seniors. He was very friendly towards them. 【Proactive and Enthusiastic, Full of Memories】He also proactively helped everyone take beautiful photos 📷, allowing us to capture very precious moments. 【Smooth Pace, Safe Driving】The timing of the itinerary was perfectly managed, never feeling rushed. This is the perfect itinerary for us because it starts at 11 am, so we didn't have to wake up super early. It also allows us to explore the locations on our own with enough time without feeling rushed. Cave was an excellent guide! We were the only English-speaking tourists in the group, but he made sure that we knew everything we needed, even if he had to repeat everything he said from Mandarin to English.

Our tour was very enjoyable. All of the attractions on the tour were very interesting! Our guide, Naoko, was excellent. When the ropeway to the herb garden was suspended due to gusty winds, she nimbly pivoted to another attraction that was every bit as interesting and graciously covered the ticket cost. We had a lot of fun and were very pleased with our experience. Highly recommended!

This trip to Kobe was truly unforgettable, and I especially want to give a big shout-out to our tour guide, Rick! 👏🏻 Rick was incredibly responsible, conversing fluently in both English and Chinese with very smooth switching, making it feel completely natural. His explanations throughout the tour were detailed and lively, showing his deep familiarity with and passion for Japan. Besides introducing historical backgrounds, he also shared scenes and settings from Japanese dramas that took place in the scenic areas, giving us a deeper understanding of Kobe and leaving a more profound impression. Moreover, Rick's recommendations for local delicacies were spot-on! The ice cream and bread in Kobe were absolutely delicious; you could taste the care put into each item, which added so much to our trip 😋 **A little incident to share:** When we arrived at the entrance of Mount Rokko, we realized we had accidentally left our wallet at a Lawson convenience store in Arima Onsen. We were really anxious at the time, but Rick remained very calm and immediately helped us contact the Lawson staff. Even more fortunately, we met a driver from his company who, without hesitation, drove us down the mountain to retrieve our wallet. The entire process was efficient and thoughtful, and we are truly grateful for their help! This trip was not only fun but also filled with warmth and kindness. Our tour guide, Satoshi, was helpful, knowledgeable, and top-notch. The meet-up was easy with his guidance through emails, and the experience was great. One tip: the museum offers classes, so get online and sign up in advance; spots are limited, so you may not get in if you wait.
