This time, I rented ski wear and a snowboard, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very attentive, carefully checking sizes and equipment details. The best part was being able to communicate in Chinese, which made the rental process easy and quick, without worrying about misunderstanding terms. it was cute, I think kids 13 and younger might enjoy it more than my adult sons. Food presentation was really cute, but the taste was average.

Our guide, Alex, was great and helped to take photos of many of us. He also shared bits and pieces of information about the attractions we went to in English and Chinese. The timings allocated for each attraction was also just nice. For those without transport, this was worth the money.
