Mr. Edy was our guide, and he was friendly, patient, supportive, and very helpful throughout the day. Thanks to Klook for assigning (Edy). The ATV ride was super good. We also tried different coffees at the coffee plantation. Rafting was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life. The Bali swings at the rice terrace were also great. Overall, it’s a must-try experience. This package on Klook is much cheaper than the offline price.

Guide: I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Pardi. He was kind and professional on this tour. The way he structured the day and communicated with me throughout the day, developing a friendly relationship, was excellent. Bonus - he is an awesome photographer who will help you capture your memories throughout the day. Itinerary: If you booked a private group, discuss with your guide. They are flexible to make slight changes within the Ubud region, but overall the base itinerary itself offers a good breakout for the entire day. Attractions on the way: The Ubud region is breathtaking, honestly tough to navigate all places in a single day without a guide. Overall, I thank the Klook team for providing a great, memorable trip.

Had a great day at the ATV ride. For a first timer, the course and different terrains were okay. Had no issues with the power of the quads; they plowed through all of the course with ease. The guide was good and gave us the opportunity to do extra circuits if we wanted. Everything was super fun, well organized, and the staff made it even better with their friendly and helpful attitude. The activities were full of energy and definitely a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable adventure in Bali!

Hari pertama tur saya adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa. Semuanya berjalan lancar, dan saya sangat menikmati tempat-tempat yang kami kunjungi. Sopir Made Wisnu sangat baik, ramah, dan membantu, yang membuat hari itu menjadi lebih baik. Saya merasa nyaman dan terurus dengan baik. Terima kasih untuk hari pertama yang indah.

Great experience and the tour guide was flexible enough to accommodate our requests to change and add locations. After yoga, we drop by a Cat Cafe Ubud and then Ubud Art Market. Then we head to the Teba Sari for lunch and the food was disappointing, so do give it a miss. Last stop was the Rice Terrace. Every thing was very relaxed, not rush at all. You can decide how long you want to spent at each location.

Todo el viaje es interesante, es muy amable al ayudarnos a tomar muchas fotos buenas y explicarnos la historia y las tradiciones locales. ¡Y el viaje también incluye un almuerzo que es comida local de Indonesia, pero deliciosa también!

It was a good experience, but Klook stated the meeting time was 11:30 AM, yet the driver suggested we depart at 9:30 AM. We later found out there were many attractions to visit, so by departing at 11:30 AM, we unfortunately missed some, like the market and art village. Klook should coordinate better with the local company, as there was a discrepancy in the listed target attractions. We started by visiting three shopping stops, which I assume were meant to be the art village. After lunch, we went to the Monkey Forest in the afternoon, but only had ten minutes before closing. Thankfully, the park didn't rush us out. The driver needs to improve his itinerary management. My child loved the Monkey Forest that day, but only staying for half an hour was a shame. The Kecak dance was really good, and the local night market was also very affordable. I don't blame the driver, but I hope that all the attractions listed on Klook can be genuinely visited with ample time.

The waterfalls are beautiful and weren't crowded when we visited Bali. November is low season, which was also nice because it wasn't crowded. Our driver was helpful and kind. He always smiled and took beautiful photos too.
