An absolutely fantastic stay! We had a room with a view of Mt. Fuji and were lucky enough to see the mountain peak perfectly. The hotel's location is simply the best: right on the lake, Oishi Park is directly in front, and the affordable but highly recommended Gem Museum is right next door. We hiked a lot around the lake – the location is ideal for this. The staff are super nice, and the free hotel shuttle is a great service. The Japanese-style rooms are very large. Although they are a bit dated, they are absolutely clean, practical, and the price is unbeatable. The onsen was also a pure blessing after the long walks. If you don't need luxury but are looking for a great view and excellent value for money, I can highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in a Japanese-style room for two nights with a view of Mt. Fuji and really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast and onsen were both nice, and the shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Station was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and a hotel I would recommend when visiting the Fuji area.

There were some white clouds blocking the view, but considering we checked in after a typhoon, we were already very lucky. We could also enjoy breakfast while admiring the nature outside, which was truly delightful and comfortable. The hotel environment is large and spacious, and I really love this sense of comfort. The only minor drawback is that the road leading to the hotel is very narrow and completely dark without any streetlights, so driving there requires extreme caution!

There's a shuttle bus right outside Kawaguchiko Station, which is very convenient and takes about 6 minutes to reach the hotel. The staff are very friendly and greet everyone they see. The room type is a bit small, but it doesn't affect the overall experience. Breakfast is also included in the morning! So, overall, it's all very good.

We highly recommend this hotel if you purchase the one-night, two-meal package. It has the charm of an old hotel with gentle service. We highly recommend this hotel.
