This is an unbelievable traditional ryokan with exquisite Japanese garden and prized Koi swimming around in the entire property. Very unique. Their traditional Japanese breakfast and Kaiseki dinners are second to none. Indoor and outdoor baths are impeccably kep clean and relaxing. The building shows some age but it is kep ultra clean. Isawa is a small town surrounded by mountains near Mount Fuji. Not very touristy.

This is a beautiful Ryokan. It’s the first one I ever stayed at but would definitely be back. Staff is friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful and the amenities top notch. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay at, highly recommend. We had meals included and it was great. If you want to experience an Onsen as a foreigner this is a great place to do it at.

Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We really appreciated the staff and their service while we were there. I highly recommend this stay!

The entire experience was phenomenal, the food was incredible, the bath house was so beautiful, the garden was designed so well, and the hospitality was wonderful. All of the staff were so kind. Would rate 10/10 and highly recommend.
