露天風呂付き客室に滞在しました。 タオル、アメニティなど、濡れたものを使わなくても良いように配慮されており気持ち良く滞在できました。 室内露天風呂も清潔で気持ち良くはいれました。朝ごはんのバイキング会場は、車椅子の母には、会場入り口のスロープが急すぎて、出入りが大変危険でした。車椅子の方のバイキングは絶対お勧めしません。高いけど、個室をとった方がいいです。スロープの出入り時にスタッフさんの介助はありません。気を付けて下さいと言われ見ていると言う感じでした。 この点以外はスタッフさんの対応は良かったです。お食事は、大変美味しかったです。 山側の景色が良くテラスにでましたが、テラスの手すりのお掃除がないのか、手のひらと服の袖がしっかり汚れました。もったいないので、手すりも清潔にして頂けるといいですね。 トータルでは大変良いお宿です

This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it

Their customer service is exceptional, our room was large and the private onsen was also very large. The kaiseki dinner was fabulous! We have been to many ryokan and would rate this the best value.

Very traditional-looking and well-kept property. The staff went out of their way to welcome us and I felt very comfortable to stay here.
