An absolutely fantastic stay! We had a room with a view of Mt. Fuji and were lucky enough to see the mountain peak perfectly. The hotel's location is simply the best: right on the lake, with Oishi Park directly in front, and the affordable but highly recommended Gem Museum right next door. We did a lot of walking around the lake—the location is ideal for that. The staff are super nice, and the free hotel shuttle is a great service. The Japanese-style rooms are very spacious. While they are a bit older, they are absolutely clean, practical, and the price is unbeatable. The onsen was also a pure blessing after our long walks. If you don't need luxury but are looking for a great view and excellent value for money, I can highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in a Japanese-style room for two nights with a view of Mt. Fuji and really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast and onsen were both nice, and the shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Station was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and a hotel I would recommend when visiting the Fuji area.

Booking the Mount Fuji view room this time was absolutely worth it. Waking up in the morning, we could see the majestic Mount Fuji right from our floor-to-ceiling window, even though some white clouds were blocking part of it. Considering we checked in after a typhoon, we were already very lucky. We also enjoyed breakfast while admiring the natural scenery outside, which was truly delightful and relaxing. The hotel environment is spacious and expansive, and I really love this sense of comfort. The only minor drawback is that the road leading to the hotel is very narrow and completely dark without any streetlights, so you need to drive very carefully!

There's a shuttle bus right outside Kawaguchiko Station, which is very convenient and takes about 6 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet guests. The room was a bit small, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Breakfast was also included! So, overall, it was a very good stay.

I highly recommend this hotel if you're purchasing the one-night stay with two meals plan. It has the charm of an older hotel with gentle, attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel.
