I was picked up at Jesselton Point and transferred to the diving center at Gaya Island Resort. I was planning to dive alone, but since the minimum is two people, I paid for two and proceeded. I dived with Rich, who was both my instructor and buddy. We went out by boat and did two dives, then returned to the resort where lunch was provided at the resort restaurant. The third dive was done by walking out from the resort. There was a large shipwreck. The visibility near the shipwreck was poor, which was a bit scary. Nevertheless, the three dives in Kota Kinabalu were a great experience^^

The whole experience was superb and fantastic! Overall 5/5 as Family of 6. Kids as young as 5yr old to 10yr old, senior member 70+. The kids and us thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! The staff and crew are all amazing and with great service! They mainly spoke in Malay but if we didn't understand, they also willing to repeat to us in English. We had a friendly other passenger who also translated for us too. Although our senior member couldn't enjoy as much due to fitness issue, she only complained when need to use toilet and lunching in picnic style but otherwise maybe more for active seniors. We enjoyed the picnic lunch though. Maybe can highlight in case some parties with less convenient seniors may not be aware. Seat was a bit cramped but actually still ok. Didn't mind too much. Safety is good. Equipment is ok! Staff helped our family (except senior who can't alight) take photo as well at last checkpoint! A good one also!

This trip, I brought two seniors in their 70s, and the itinerary was relatively safe. Although the speedboat was a bit fast, making them a little nervous, the beach environment was good. The first island had bigger waves but was excellent for photos, while the second island had clear water and fine sand. However, I think the highlight of the entire trip was the massage at the end. After a day of activities, getting a massage was truly relaxing, and the masseuse's skills were superb.

Highly recommend. The snorkeling tour is very professional and nice. Firstly, we took a boat to Mengalum Island and enjoyed the beach there. About 11:00 AM, we went to two beautiful snorkeling spots in total. There were all kinds of fish in both places, and we also saw starfish and octopuses 🐙. After lunch, we just enjoyed chill time on the beach 🏖️. I had a very wonderful and memorable experience on Mengalum Island. Happy new year and all the best wishes to the one who is reading the review 😬

It was 2/4/2025, the third day of Hari Raya. We thoroughly enjoyed the superb and excellent guidance from the instructors. Thank you Max, Jamie, Cikgu, Zul, Suhaimi, and Ni Hau🤭. Thank you for your support towards me, an aunt who is afraid of water. My first attempt failed, BUT on the second dive, I managed to do it and take a family picture. It was our good fortune to see a group of dolphins. Thank you again from us, Fatin Uden, Auntie Zila, and Uncle Jam. Unforgettable memories for our family. Highly recommended!!❤️

I couldn't find the red phone booth at the meeting point, so I visited the information counter at Jesselton Ferry Port. Although I was past the meeting time, the information staff called the tour company for me, and I was able to meet up with my guide. There were three other groups who were also lost, and we all headed to the island together. It was my first time snorkeling, but they lent me a life jacket and fins, so I was able to swim easily. While I was swimming, the guide took photos and videos with a GoPro! I especially love the video taken with the clownfish's home! The photos taken will be sent via WhatsApp after the tour. Swimming was quite tiring, so it was great to have about two hours of relaxation time afterward. The boat ride was quite rough, so I thought it would have been better if I had taken motion sickness medication.

Five-star experience! Five-star journey! A perfect trip! Our tour guide, Sue, contacted us via WhatsApp the night before and was incredibly patient in answering all our questions. Throughout the trip, she helped us take photos without any hesitation. There were some group members with very high photography demands, and Sue patiently assisted them as well. It's worth noting that our group was combined with several others, but all the guides knew each other, creating a fantastic atmosphere. One guide constantly played music through a large speaker, setting a lively mood and even matching themes, like playing Jay Chou's "Rice Field" when we were watching fireflies! Truly amazing! Be aware that the local mosquitoes are very aggressive and are not deterred by mosquito repellent or water, so this is something to watch out for. The sunset there is stunning! We had plenty of time for free activities and taking photos. My first snorkeling experience was also breathtaking. The only downside was that some people in the group might have been afraid of water, so we had to accommodate them and couldn't visit more spots, ending up spending about an hour at one location. You can rent a locker on the island for HKD$60, but it's actually not necessary; no one will steal your belongings on a deserted island… Watching the fireflies will definitely be an unforgettable experience! Photos can't capture the震撼 (shocking beauty); you'll understand once you go! P.S. The meeting time on that day was 7 AM! So we had to get up very early, but it was worth it.

When I went, Mamutik was too crowded, so our guide Tommy suggested going to Sapi Island instead, and I felt it was wonderful. Thank you, Tommy, for being so enthusiastic and kind. I dropped my phone into the sea, and Tommy dived for a long time to find it for me. This is another reason to travel with a tour like this, as there will be someone to take care of you when problems arise. Thank you, Tommy, once again!
