Passeios por Lake Louise

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hidden spots to share so it made our photo collections even more awesome. We’d love to come back to Calgary for another adventure.

Andrew is great, very passionate and professional. He also accommodated our needs during this trip, and his wonderful service made our day. The itinerary was well-arranged, with no rush and enough time to visit and take photos. What's more important, almost every stop had a washroom.

We are glad we booked this trip with Klook. It was truly an epic experience to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. I just want to highlight some points, not to discredit the good aspects, but to improve further. 1. We had scheduled a perfect day (nice weather), but they cancelled it. Although we understand, we could have seen the lakes with a different vibe. It rained on the rescheduled date, but we still enjoyed it. 2. Johnston Canyon is included in the itinerary, but we did not go there. Instead, the tour guide drove us to Bow Lake and Surprise Corner, which are still beautiful. The description here on Klook should state that if the itinerary cannot be followed, they should clearly explain why. As for our tour guide Ray, he’s an awesome driver and tour guide.

The trip was short but sweet. The guide was very informative and provided all the proper guidelines for completing our booking.

The guide (driver) was very professional, polite and helpful. His service was excellent and the arrangements were perfect. We truly had a wonderful journey.

This is our second time participating in a one-day tour of this type in Canada. All arrangements were very appropriate, especially the professional level of our tour guide, Travis. He took care of every group member, making everyone feel at home. If friends plan to travel to Canada in the future, we would be happy to recommend him.

This trip was nothing short of spectacular. We visited Lake Louise, Abraham Lake, Johnston Canyon, and Marble Canyon, among other places. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. I couldn't imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime. The guides are very responsible and helpful. They arranged the schedule very reasonably, which made the pace very comfortable for us. They also recommended many restaurants for us after the trip so we could enjoy the rest of the night. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the majesty of the Canadian Rockies!

The trip was great, and the guide was helpful and engaging. However, it mostly involved going to a tourist site, spending 10 to 30 minutes taking pictures, and then returning to the van. It didn’t feel very fulfilling. I wouldn’t suggest signing up for a day tour unless you have no other options. Additionally, there were changes to the itinerary, we did not go to Lake Minnewanka as written in the day tour description on the app.
