A more accommodating and well-versed English-speaking guide would be ideal, as it's difficult for the driver to also act as the tour guide and perform both tasks effectively. A more informative guide with a better sense of humor could have earned a 5-star rating. However, the guide was knowledgeable about the places and managed time well.

班夫四湖之旅真的推推，即使是五月中下旬去部份湖面未融化，但是還是很感動，Kennth導遊為了我們在冰面行走安全還讓我們配戴冰爪行走，真的貼心又專業

My other tour was canceled, so I urgently booked this one in the early morning of the same day. I'm very grateful to the tour company for confirming it. I also want to thank our guide, Lam, for being so considerate of me, as I don't speak English well, and for taking such great photos. Our guide was incredibly kind and cheerful. The other travelers on the tour were also wonderful. Thanks to this tour, I was able to happily spend the first day of my trip, which almost got ruined by the sudden cancellation of my previous tour. This tour offers much richer content and better organization than tours run by Koreans. I highly recommend it!👍

It was raining in Calgary on the day of the tour, but our guide Patrick planned the itinerary perfectly. We went to Moraine Lake, which requires a bit of walking, when it wasn't raining, and then visited other attractions. Each lake we visited had its own unique charm and was beautiful. Both the guide and the driver were very friendly and enthusiastic. The only downside was that the car windows weren't clean enough, making it impossible to take good photos while moving!
