Lake Louise tours

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hiden spot to share so it make our photo collections more even awesome. We love for being back again to Calgary for having another adventures.

Andrew is great, very passionate and professional. He also accommodate our needs during this trip, his wonder service made our day. The itinerary is well arranged, no rush and enough time to visit and to take photo, what’s more important, almost every stop has a washroom.

We are glad we booked this trip with klook. it was really an epic experience to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. I just want to highlight some points not to discredit the good points but to improve more. 1. we have scheduled a perfect day (nice weather) but they cancelled it. though we understand, we could have seen the lakes on a different vibe. It rained on the resecheled date but we still enjoyed it. 2. on the itinerary, JONSTON Canyon is included but we did not go there instead the tour guide drove us to Bow Lake and Surprise corner which is still beautiful. The description here on Klook should include that on the instance that the itinerary will not be met they should explain clearly why. As with our tour guide Ray he’s awesome driver and tour guide.

the trip was short but sweet. guide was very informative and gave all the proper guidelines in completing our booking.

The guide (driver) was very professional, polite and helpful. His service was excellent and arrangement was perfect. We have had indeed a really wonderful journey.

This is our second time joining a similar day tour in Canada, and the arrangements in all aspects were very well-organized. Especially commendable is our tour guide Travis's professionalism. He took care of every member of the group, making everyone feel at home. We would gladly recommend this tour to friends planning to visit Canada in the future.

This trip was nothing short of spectacular. We have visited lake Louise Abraham lake Johnston canyon and marble canyon etc. The views were so beautiful and breathtaking. Couldn’t imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer time The guides are very responsible and helpful. They have arranged the schedule very reasonably which makes the pace very comfortable for us. They have also recommended many restos for us after the trip so we could enjoy the rest of the night. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the majesty of the Canadian Rockies!

The trip was great, and the guide was helpful and engaging. However, it mostly involved going to a tourist site, spending 10 to 30 minutes taking pictures, and then returning to the van. It didn’t feel very fulfilling. I wouldn’t suggest signing up for a day tour unless you have no other options. Additionally, there were changes to the itinerary, we did not go to Lake Minnewanka as written in the day tour description on the app.
