Lake Louise, Moraine/Johnston Canyon, Emerald Lake and Banff Town

We are glad we booked this trip with klook. it was really an epic experience to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. I just want to highlight some points not to discredit the good points but to improve more. 1. we have scheduled a perfect day (nice weather) but they cancelled it. though we understand, we could have seen the lakes on a different vibe. It rained on the resecheled date but we still enjoyed it. 2. on the itinerary, JONSTON Canyon is included but we did not go there instead the tour guide drove us to Bow Lake and Surprise corner which is still beautiful. The description here on Klook should include that on the instance that the itinerary will not be met they should explain clearly why. As with our tour guide Ray he’s awesome driver and tour guide.

Visiting Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, and Emerald Lake was an unforgettable experience. Each lake has its own unique beauty, with incredibly clear turquoise water and stunning mountain scenery. Moraine Lake was absolutely breathtaking, Lake Louise lived up to all the hype, and Emerald Lake was peaceful and incredibly picturesque. The entire trip was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy the views, take photos, and simply appreciate the surroundings. It was one of the highlights of our visit to Canada, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature and beautiful landscapes. A truly memorable experience!

William was an incredible tour guide! I was really impressed with his personalised approach on the tour, he gets to know us, what we like and customizes the day accordingly. he also took incredible photos for us throughout the tour! will definitely recommend.

This trip was really great! I decided to take a day trip to Banff in Canada. Thanks to the Klook platform, it was really convenient! The tour guide Edward speaks Chinese, is very friendly and humorous ~ We had a lot of fun along the way! He also helped everyone put on crampons to prevent slipping, so thoughtful! I really recommend it! The scenery is so beautiful~~

Our Banff trip was an excellent experience! A special thank you to our tour guide, Jesse, who provided continuous commentary and stories throughout the journey. Jesse was also very adaptable, flexibly adjusting the itinerary based on the day's weather and on-site conditions. This allowed us to perfectly avoid rainy weather and crowded areas, making the entire trip exceptionally smooth. The timing at each attraction was just right; we not only saw Banff's most beautiful scenery but also avoided having our experience negatively impacted by rushing or long queues. We enjoyed the trip in a relaxed and comfortable manner, and the overall arrangements were very satisfying.

This Banff trip is so much fun! Wing really is superb! He knows the best interests of his clients. He is been so helpful taking photos together with Kenneth. The itinerary os also what I've loved the most too! I enjoyed Lake Louise and Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park! We got so lucky to see lots of elk going to Banff downtown. We enjoyed Banff downtown too. We took lots of good photos though the weather is kinda unpredictable. We were also comfortable in the van and we also had snacks to relieve our hunger. Overall this tour exceeds my expectations. One by the books!

The tour was wonderful and the sites were amazing. Pick up was convenient. Our tour guide, William, was a fun and engaging. He managed the time well and took great photos of us. He was also patient in helping tour members during the trickier parts of the Marble Canyon trek. He was also quite accommodating when it came to washroom breaks, which was helpful as we had elderly and children in our tour group.

We had a wonderful tour and really enjoyed it. Especially the Lake Morraine was wonderful! Ray our guide was very nice and even brought us home to our hotel. He sometimes seemed a bit uncofident about what he was telling us about the sightseeing spots. But other than that, he did a great job.

The experience was amazing and very hassle-free!! Kenneth, our tour guide, was very accommodating and informative. We learned a lot of new things as we immersed ourselves in the marvelous wonder that Banff truly is!
