Lake Louise, Moraine/Johnston Canyon, Emerald Lake e a cidade de Banff

We are glad we booked this trip with Klook. It was truly an epic experience to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. I just want to highlight some points, not to discredit the good aspects, but to improve further. 1. We had scheduled a perfect day (nice weather), but they cancelled it. Although we understand, we could have seen the lakes with a different vibe. It rained on the rescheduled date, but we still enjoyed it. 2. Johnston Canyon is included in the itinerary, but we did not go there. Instead, the tour guide drove us to Bow Lake and Surprise Corner, which are still beautiful. The description here on Klook should state that if the itinerary cannot be followed, they should clearly explain why. As for our tour guide Ray, he’s an awesome driver and tour guide.

Kenneth was a fantastic tour guide who went above and beyond. His passion, knowledge, and personal touch made the tour unforgettable. He didn’t just guide us—he brought every moment to life. Truly exceeded expectations.

William was an incredible tour guide! I was really impressed with his personalized approach on the tour; he took the time to get to know us, understand what we liked, and customized the day accordingly. He also took incredible photos for us throughout the tour! I will definitely recommend him.

It was a great tour. William, our driver/guide/photographer, was superb. Water was provided. Ample time was given for each spot.

I didn't manage to catch the shuttle bus. I bought this tour two days before departure, while waiting at the airport lounge. There were many meeting point options, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't very strong, making the ride a bit stuffy (perhaps we just happened to encounter warmer weather in Banff). However, the tour guide provided many snacks and private photo spots, so the itinerary was still very good.

This trip was truly amazing! We spontaneously decided to go on a day trip to Banff while in Canada, and thanks to the Klook platform, it was incredibly convenient! Our guide, Edward, spoke Chinese, was very friendly and humorous – the whole journey was filled with joy! He even helped everyone put on ice cleats for anti-slip, which was super thoughtful! I sincerely recommend it! The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful~~

We had a wonderful tour and really enjoyed it. Lake Moraine was especially wonderful! Ray, our guide, was very nice and even brought us back to our hotel. He sometimes seemed a bit unconfident about what he was telling us about the sightseeing spots. But other than that, he did a great job.

The experience was amazing and very hassle-free!! Kenneth, our tour guide, was very accommodating and informative. We learned a lot of new things as we immersed ourselves in the marvelous wonder that Banff truly is!

This Banff trip is so much fun! Wing really is superb! He knows the best interests of his clients. He has been so helpful taking photos together with Kenneth. The itinerary is also what I've loved the most too! I enjoyed Lake Louise and Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park! We got so lucky to see lots of elk going to Banff downtown. We enjoyed Banff downtown too. We took lots of good photos though the weather is kind of unpredictable. We were also comfortable in the van and we also had snacks to relieve our hunger. Overall this tour exceeds my expectations. One for the books!
