Maruta & Arya were my drivers! They were so awesome and cool. They shared their insightful knowledge of the Mount Batur & Black Lava! Maruta also took lots and lots of AMAZING photos for me! So so so grateful! This is a definite must go and search for these drivers because trust me, they were really great☺️

We were picked up from the hotel exactly at the appointed time in the morning. Everything was very organized. We were lucky and saw a beautiful sunset on Mount Batur. Our driver/guide was very friendly and took beautiful photos of my husband and me. Thank you so much.

Hello, we embarked on a Batur Volcano tour during our Bali trip, filled with great anticipation. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we were lucky that it didn't rain, allowing us to capture wonderful photos with the magnificent scenery. We extend our sincere gratitude to Coco, who provided exceptionally satisfying service throughout the tour with fluent English and a very friendly demeanor. Mis amigos y yo siempre elegimos tours con traslados, especialmente cuando es nuestra primera vez visitando un país. Nuestro conductor de traslado, Dewata, fue puntual e increíblemente paciente. Incluso nos llevó a una excursión a Teba Sari Bar and Restaurant, donde almorzamos, y amablemente nos esperó todo el tiempo. Nuestros conductores de jeep, Armada y Agus, no solo eran excelentes conductores, sino también muy hábiles para tomar fotos. Realmente hicieron que nuestro viaje al Monte Batur fuera memorable, a pesar de que el clima estaba nublado y un poco lluvioso. Aunque no pudimos ver el amanecer perfecto, la vista desde la cima seguía siendo absolutamente surrealista. Después, los conductores de jeep nos llevaron a un hermoso templo; no recuerdo el nombre exacto, pero el letrero de enfrente decía "Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur". Fueron muy complacientes e incluso se disculparon por el clima (lo cual, por supuesto, estaba fuera de su control) porque les preocupaba que nos decepcionara perdernos el amanecer completo. En general, este viaje valió totalmente la pena. The operator unfortunately had to reschedule our tour due to an emergency with their staff. They got really lucky because we got to move our itinerary around otherwise this would’ve been a terrible experience for everyone. Anyway, Yudha our driver and drone operator was amazing. He was very friendly and took lots of great photos. I haven’t been able to see them all yet since I am still traveling but he said he’ll keep the google drive for a month so I can download all the media once I’m home. He also provided options when he learned that we’ve been to one of the destinations included in the day tour already. All in all, it was a great day. Thank you, Yudha.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incroyable excursion au Mont Batur – Je recommande vivement cette équipe ! Un merci tout particulier à Ngurah, Gede et Eka pour avoir rendu cette journée mémorable. Gede et Eka sont venus nous chercher ponctuellement à notre hôtel et nous ont conduits au pied du Mont Batur, où nous avons rencontré notre chauffeur de jeep, Ngurah, pour l'expérience en jeep du lever de soleil et de la lave noire du Mont Batur. (Conseil : apportez des couches supplémentaires ou louez une couverture au pied de la montagne, car il peut faire froid et venteux avant le lever du soleil). Les vues du lever de soleil sur les montagnes et le lac Batur étaient absolument époustouflantes et inoubliables. Malgré les vents forts et la bruine ce matin-là, l'expérience s'est avérée incroyable. Ngurah est un excellent conducteur tout-terrain qui connaissait les meilleurs points de vue, et un excellent photographe – il n'a cessé de nous suggérer des poses et a refait les prises de vue avec le sourire jusqu'à ce que nous obtenions les photos parfaites. Après cela, Gede et Eka nous ont emmenés aux cascades de Kanto Lampo (réservées séparément, Klook devrait l'inclure) et aux rizières en terrasses qui offraient des vues verdoyantes, avant de nous déposer à l'hôtel.

We enjoyed the coffee plantation, paper hill cafe and the awesome jeep tour guide: Mr Mad dwi our jeep driver is very good in driving jeep with safety. Desde salir temprano en la mañana para ver el amanecer, tomar un café en un lugar irreal y vivir una experiencia surrealista en la terraza de arroz, ¡fue un tour absolutamente placentero y alegre con Dek Ari! Llegué un poco tarde a la hora de salida, pero Dek mostró tanta calma y paciencia con una sonrisa en su rostro que hizo que el comienzo de mi tour fuera mucho más cómodo y relajado. Es muy amable y gentil, y conduce suavemente con confianza. La comunicación no fue un problema y, lo más importante, se aseguró de dejarme tomar mi tiempo y disfrutar plenamente cada parte del tour. ¡No hubo prisa! 1000% recomendado hacer tours con él. ¡Lo pasarás genial con él! ¡Gracias, Dek, y que tengas un buen día con él!
