The original scheduled date had to be changed due to the number of participants, and customer service notified us of the change. The interaction with customer service was smooth, and they were very helpful in accommodating the itinerary changes. On the day of the event, we arrived 10 minutes early, and our guide, Genie, had also arrived at the meeting point ahead of time. Genie, who was both our guide and driver, spoke both English and Chinese, constantly switching between the two languages to explain things. She shared a lot of DMZ knowledge with us and also recommended many restaurants in Seoul. Thank you, Genie, for leading us; we had a very enjoyable day! ✨ Highly recommended!

Michael and Sunny did a great job with the tour! My favorite part was getting to see the North Korea view from the Starbucks at Aegibong. This was my first full day in South Korea, so it was also amazing to see Eunpyeong Hanok Village and Jingwansa Temple. The village was a lot less crowded than I've heard Bukshon is. Another highlight was the restaurant, I'm not very familiar with Korean food aside from KBBQ, so it was great to have someone local who could get me to try something I never would've known to try! The guides Michael and Sunny were always willing to take photos of you at the various locations which was great as well. The stories about the history at each of the locations also helped to bring more context that someone like myself (American who doesn't know much Korean history) greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Michael and Sunny are the best tour guides! They are so nice and friendly. Highly recommended and they brought us to the best Korean restaurant for lunch! They shared a lot about the history of Korea and learned some basic Korean! Super entertaining! Got to see a peak of North Korea at Aegibong and love the Eunyeong Hanok Village

素晴らしい経験でした。北朝鮮の田園風景を眺めながらモーニングコーヒーをいただきました。恩平韓屋村の眺めも素晴らしく、最後の立ち寄り先は高麗人参博物館でした。ツアーガイドのスカイさんはとても楽しく、移動中の音楽の選曲も最高でした。

非常推荐。Sabrina是我们的导游，她非常乐于助人且知识渊博。她英语说得非常流利和清晰，所以我们很享受这次旅程。尽管我们来的时间不太好，正值韩国国庆节，因此不得不做一些调整，但除此之外，这次旅行还是非常值得推荐的。

Mr. Yoon was a great guide. He was very friendly and answered every question we had. He showed great patience with my two young boys. He took pictures of us unprompted and helped us make great memories. I highly recommend him if you get the chance to take one of his tours.
