Overall, a pleasant experience. Nancy was very accommodating from check-in to check-out. All crew members were attentive and well-trained. We were able to do a lot in just an overnight stay. Perfect for couples or groups of friends.

The tour was well planned and managed by the team. There were absolutely no concerns around anything. Everything was on time and as scheduled, and really a wonderful experience exploring the “Cac Ba” and “Lan Ha Bay”. Big shoutout to Billy the tour guide. He has an amazing sense of humour and a very great story teller. He builds the interests and educates you about the place you visit and the Vietnamese culture in a fun and engaging way. He was very helpful throughout the tour with details and help where required.

Mr. HA was very friendly and kind, and his English was excellent. The overall two-day, one-night experience was good, the food was delicious, and the scenery was beautiful. The only minor drawback was that if our room was on the first floor near the shuttle boat, we would constantly smell the boat's exhaust fumes when enjoying the view from the balcony, which was a bit of a shame.

It's my first time joining this Ha Long Bay trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The cruise was very comfortable, and the staff member Otis was extremely friendly — thumbs up! 👍

Despite the tight schedule, it was great to see so much. Especially after paying $10 for the speed boat, it would have been better to take either the kayak or the bamboo boat one more time.
