I had a great experience on the ship. I believe that despite the small mishap at the end, the crew was able to assist us in resolving the issue. The food was cold, so perhaps find another way to serve the meal warm before people start to eat. The performances were great; even though the weather was not good, they still made it work.

¡Fue genial! Estuvo bien ejecutado y planeado. Mientras hacíamos las actividades, se nos unió un grupo de otras personas que estaban en otro barco, así que se llenó un poco. Por lo demás, estar en el Aristocrat fue bastante relajante. ¡El personal también fue excelente! Súper amables y serviciales. Aproveché la oportunidad para hacer una inmersión de ocio también, pero la profundidad máxima era de 10m.

I had a great time, very helpful staff. Entertainment for every taste, the only thing was that I returned at 3 pm, not 4 pm as written.

It was fun sailing with Bali Hai. The cruise set along with a nice sunset view. Later had some good dinner. It was a calm and soothing experience.

Service: Thanks to the incredibly kind staff, we had a fulfilling and fun day. The boat wasn't very big, so the space was a bit cramped, but we enjoyed the cool sea breeze and scenery from the upper deck during our journey. We also had snacks, drinks, meals, tours, beach club access, and water sports at a great value throughout the day. The snorkeling equipment was a bit old, but we just went with it.

It was such a lovely experience with Hanafy! He was firstly warm and welcoming! The boat ride was shaded so that was a plus…reached the Dock and walked up through the woods along the beach to the cave!! The cave was quaint and super calm. Easy to swim in and super aesthetic too! From there we went off to find the sandbar which was forming as we reached! We were right in the middle of the ocean on solid ground with water on all side! crazy experience!! loved every bit of it

Pelayanan pelanggan sangat sangat terpuji karena mereka selalu menjaga komunikasi dengan saya. Pengaturan tur 3 pulau sangat terorganisir dengan baik. Apresiasi khusus untuk Sutina dan ayahnya, mereka mengantar dan memandu kami di Pulau Lembongan dan Ceningan. Mereka sangat membantu sepanjang tur dan mereka adalah orang-orang yang sangat ramah. Terima kasih banyak tentu saja kepada Agus yang menyambut saya dan saudara saya di Nusa Penida. Dia memiliki mobil yang sangat bagus dan keterampilan mengemudi yang sangat baik karena jalannya sangat sempit. Saya suka bagaimana kami mudah terhubung dengannya karena dia sangat baik dan ramah. Semoga Klook memberikan pengakuan kepada mereka dan seluruh tim di balik tur pulau 2 hari 1 malam ini yang memberikan pelayanan pelanggan terbaik!
