This trip was excellent value for money. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to visit several of Hokkaido's most beautiful natural landmarks in one day without feeling rushed.

Leo was a great guide. Very friendly and always smiling. I'm very impressed that he can speak 3 languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese.

The trip is worth it. There were so many lovely sceneries and memorable experiences that I don’t think I will forget anytime soon. It is also very convenient for those who do not drive or prefer not to walk too much, as the bus brings you comfortably to all the attractions. Kevin, our tour guide, was approachable and shared many interesting facts and bits of history about the places we were visiting. It made the journey more meaningful and enjoyable. Overall, a great trip that I would recommend.

Ele deu recomendações sobre o que comprar e onde comer, e forneceu fatos interessantes sobre os destinos do itinerário, então ele foi muito útil! O itinerário foi perfeito, com tempo suficiente para explorar e tirar fotos, ou comer e comprar coisas em cada parada. Nosso motorista, Fujisan, também conduziu nossa viagem sem problemas. O ônibus também era confortável. Embora tenha chovido na última parte de nossa viagem, nós aproveitamos muito e nos divertimos!

We were incredibly lucky to have tour guide Hikaru Huang again on this Hokkaido trip, and the overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! From the initial meeting to the end of the day's itinerary, Hikaru was exceptionally professional and attentive. He managed time perfectly, ensuring a smooth and unhurried schedule while still hitting all the key attractions, making sure no time was wasted. We also loved his recommendations for local delicacies, such as yogurt and ice cream, which were all memorable and absolutely hit the spot! The overall atmosphere was very relaxed, with no pressure, and he thoughtfully pointed out photo opportunities and free time. At the end of the tour, he even recommended a local yakiniku restaurant, which was absolutely delicious 👍🏻. This wasn't just a sightseeing trip; it felt more like a journey where we were wonderfully taken care of. If we visit Hokkaido again in the future, we will definitely choose Hikaru Huang again and recommend him to our friends!

Our tour guide, Kevin, was very friendly and thoughtfully introduced us to various attractions and delicious food. It was both enjoyable and fun! If given the chance, I would definitely want to join Kevin's tour again.

This was the second time we had Kevin as our tour guide this trip! My mom and I had a fabulous time seeing all these sights for today’s journey which felt organized, timely, and full of much knowledge! We had issues with 2 of our tour buses but he was able to transition us easily and smoothly into our current bus which made us feel safe! Overall I think the itinerary was well planned and included many different sightseeing spots in Hokkaido! We especially enjoyed Hell Valley which had interesting views of the volcanic crater and had delicious milk pie at Lake Hill Farm! Kevin was a joy to have as our tour guide and provided a lot of good information about the sightseeing spots, recommendations for food, and tips/advice! We would definitely book this tour again and highly recommend it to friends who are visiting!
