Passeios por The East Gardens of the Imperial Palace

Brendan was really great! I saw his tour yesterday, and I’m at the Edo-Tokyo Museum today and so much makes more sense after having done his tour of the Imperial Palace. The explanations in the museum are a bit dry and dense with facts, and I don’t have a lot of connection to annecdotes which help me remember what happened and why. Brendan’s tour really helped fill in some of that for me, and provided me a much better context. I’d recommend to anyone — do his tour first, before the museum, for greater understanding!

What an Amazing and Fun day around the city with Zeeshan. The carseat was included!!! Yey. We traveled with 5 people, 2 little kids (5 and 2). What a smooth day with our driver. He was such an accommodating and kind driver. The itinerary changed a lot tailored to what we needed at the moment and where we wanted to go. At first, we had a set itinerary but because we stayed at one place too long it was okay with our driver. Zeeshan always had a smile on his face, even if it was such a long day.

Our group had a great time and experience with this short tour! We had signed up the day before, but had no issues at all. It was a small tour group of 6 people. Our tour guide, Nonoka, provided fun knowledge and historical facts about Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace area throughout the tour! Her English was very good and clear. In addition, we were given a digital QR code for a self-guided English tour of the East Imperial Garden, which we were brought to the entrance of as the last tour location on the itinerary. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!

The guide, Koyo, did an excellent job. He provided many detailed explanations about the shogun and the Edo period, as well as comparisons between Edo Castle during the Edo period and the current Imperial Palace. It is truly worth the price. 👍🏻👍🏻

Miwakosan was so kind and knowledgeable!! We had a nice and calm time with her. We were half an hour late but she still waited and extended time for us after the 3-hour period. The grounds should be historically explored, so Miwakosan did a good job explaining everything from that angle. Taking a private tour with grounds like this is a must because it's so huge. You would tend to get lost in large groups, so this was much needed to explore such an area. She had laminated booklets too!! The dedication to our understanding was so moving. We really loved her effort and personality. Thank you so very much, Miwakosan, we miss you already!

Good experience, I had a private tour as I was the only one to book the slot, the guide was patient and very interesting.

Soba war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er beantwortete alle unsere Fragen. Es wäre hilfreich, einen Flaschenhalter am Fahrrad und eine Flasche Wasser zu haben, aber Soba schaffte es, uns zu Verkaufsautomaten zu bringen. Es wäre vielleicht gut, einige tolle Orte zum Anhalten für Fotos oder zum Erkunden hinzuzufügen, obwohl wir das Radfahren an sich genossen haben. Einfach zu bedienende Fahrräder!

I would recommend this tour. It was very informative through the beautiful grounds of the palace, steeped in the history of this amazing country. There was plenty of time to take photos and explore. Our guide was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful tour.
