The East Gardens of the Imperial Palace-turer

Brendan var virkelig flott! Jeg var på turen hans i går, og i dag er jeg på Edo-Tokyo-museet, og så mye gir mer mening etter å ha tatt turen hans til keiserpalasset. Forklaringene på museet er litt tørre og fulle av fakta, og jeg har ikke mye tilknytning til anekdoter som hjelper meg å huske hva som skjedde og hvorfor. Brendans tur hjalp meg virkelig med å fylle ut noe av dette, og ga meg en mye bedre kontekst. Jeg vil anbefale alle – ta turen hans først, før museet, for bedre forståelse!

What an Amazing and Fun day around the city with Zeeshan. The carseat was included!!! Yey. We traveled with 5 people, 2 little kids (5 and 2). What a smooth day with our driver. He was such an accommodating and kind driver. The itinerary changed a lot tailored to what we needed at the moment and where we wanted to go. At first, we had a set itinerary but because we stayed at one place too long it was okay with our driver. Zeeshan always had a smile on his face, even if it was such a long day.

Our group had an great time and experience with this short tour! We had signed up the day prior, but had no issues at all. It was a small tour group of 6 people. Our tour guide, Nonoka provided fun knowledge and historical facts about Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace area throughout the time! Her English was very good and clear. In addition, we were given a digital QR code for a self English guide for the East Imperial Garden, which we were brought to the entrance of for the last tour location on the itinerary. Overall, I highly recommend!!!

Guiden, Koyo, har gjort en veldig god jobb. Han ga mange detaljerte forklaringer om shogun- og Edo-perioden, samt sammenligninger mellom Edo-slottet under Edo-perioden og det nåværende keiserpalasset. Det er virkelig verdt prisen. 👍🏻👍🏻

Miwakosan was so kind and knowledgeable!! we had a nice and calm time with her. We were half and hour late but she still waited and extended time for us after the 3 hour period. The grounds should be historically explored so miwakosan did a good job at explaining everything from that angle. Taking a private tour with grounds like this is a must bcs its so huge. You would tend to get lost in large groups, so this was much needed to explore such and area. She had lamintaed booklets too!! The dedication to our understanding was so moving. We really loved her effort and personality. Thank you so very much miwakosan, we miss you already!

God opplevelse, jeg fikk en privat omvisning da jeg var den eneste som bestilte tidspunktet, guiden var tålmodig og veldig interessant.

Soba was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all our questions. It would be helpful to have a bottle holder on the bike and a bottle of water but Soba managed to get us to vending machines. Might be good to add some great spots for stopping to take pics or to find out about although we enjoyed the cycling on its own. Easy to use bikes!

Jeg vil anbefale denne turen. Den var veldig informativ gjennom det vakre palassområdet, dynket i historien til dette fantastiske landet. Det var god tid til å ta bilder og utforske. Guiden vår var fantastisk. Tusen takk for en fantastisk tur.
