It was the best experience ever!!!! One star reviews are impossible!! The blue text on the voucher was the meeting point!!! There, they exchanged it for a ticket. After that, if you cross the bridge and go to the gondola station next to San Marco Vallaresso, there will be someone to guide you! Everyone was so kind! ( ; ; ) Please don't believe the one-star reviews!!! It was amazing!!! It's a 100-star experience!!! I arrived 10 minutes late, but I was still able to enjoy the full 30-minute experience! Everyone was so kind ♡!!!! By the way, my reservation was from 4:30 PM, and the sunset was beautiful ♡!!

Ease of booking with Klook: It was easy. Although I had to display the QR code separately from the voucher, I was able to enjoy the experience without any major issues. It was cloudy on the day, but I was satisfied with being able to see beautiful scenery.

Before riding the gondola, you need to gather at the designated customer service center to receive instructions from the staff. Once the time arrives, a guide will lead you to the gondola. Riding the gondola and enjoying the scenery along the way offers a very Venetian experience.

The meeting point was slightly different from what was shown on the app, but a nearby gondolier helped us find it. We were very satisfied to see many sights that can only be seen from a gondola.

Bien. Puede entrar directamente. Hay una audioguía gratuita del Palacio Ducal que debe descargarse una vez que haya entrado al Palacio. También hay wifi. Puede tardar aproximadamente 3 horas, y también caminará por el famoso “Puente de los Suspiros”.

素晴らしいツアーでした。アナが案内してくれました。彼女はヴェネツィアの文化と食べ物について説明してくれました。私たちはたくさんの種類のチケッティを試食し、最後はジェラートで締めくくりました。リアルト市場は日曜日と月曜日は閉まっていましたが、それでもその雰囲気を想像することができました。おすすめです！
