This tour is a perfect way to see the North Coast in one day. The bus was clean and the driver was excellent. Our tour guide Libby was very knowledgeable and helpful. We visited Yehliu Geopark, Shifen Old Street, Shifen Waterfall, Golden Waterfall, and Jioufen. The schedule is a bit tight at some stops, but it is very organized. It saves you from the stress of public transit. I was able to get great video footage and photos everywhere. I highly recommend this booking for anyone visiting Taiwan.

This tour was worth every penny. Depending on what time you book your tour, they will cater it to fit your day. We recommend booking the private tour because you’re able to also customize it how you want and their private tours are in English. Stephen was our tour guide. He was patient when we were slower and had a lot of knowledge that he shared with us about each site. He also had great recommendations and never let us forget any of our items. We recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the northern part of Taiwan, but doesn’t want to be stressed with how to get there and what to do.

I booked Klook for a day tour in Taiwan’s famous tourist spots for my family. Our tour guide is Xiao-Hei and he was PERFECT!! He made sure that the tour experience was great even if there was rain. He took a lot of beautiful pictures and was very kind to us. He was very knowledgeable in every place we went to and even shared the history and facts for each place we went to. We had fun listening to Xiao-Hei because he knew everything about Taiwan and what are the best stores we can buy from. I had such a wonderful experience on the Jiufen tour, and a big part of it was because of our amazing tour guide, Franny! She was so friendly, bubbly, and helpful throughout the whole trip. The instructor's explanation was incredibly informative, complemented by ancient maps and a database, making the presentation very detailed! We walked around Heping Island, slowly exploring and savoring its beauty on a holiday afternoon. It's a pity that we'll have to find another time to properly visit Heping Island Geopark.

Pauline is super friendly and kind. She has excellent language skills and can switch easily between English, Japanese, and Mandarin! She works very hard, and my friends and I all really enjoyed the trip. Thank you!
